"The sandwiches are good, however I placed a web order on Sept 15th through their app for delivery and once I received my order it was incorrect. I called the store to inform of my sandwich being the wrong sandwich and I was told by the manager Matthew that I would receive a refund. They remade my order correctly in which I paid again to have delivered and I have yet to receive my refund as promised. I have followed up with the store in which again I was informed the owner Priya would make sure I receive a refund and nothing... it's now been almost a month. Their website says to contact the store for the refund and if not resolved with the store then go through your bank. I was disappointed I had to contact Mr. Pickles 3x however I did receive my refund. Thanks!"
