"Our wedding experience at the Daymark was absolutely amazing! From the beginning, Paul and Brian were responsive and worked with us collaboratively. The upstairs party room had a beautiful Mediterranean garden party by the beach disco vibe, which didn't even need additional decor, but they let us add our own DIY elements that made it even more special. The service, food, and drinks were all delicious. The Daymark staff, especially Paul, were attentive and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the end of our wedding night and even when picking up our decor the next day. Everything was seamless and well organized. We highly recommend the Daymark to anyone looking for a unique and colorful wedding venue with amazing food and a great team. Our experience was a perfect 10/10, and we were so happy we chose to have our ceremony and reception there. They were cooperative and helpful with all our vendors, and we can't wait to come back to enjoy the food and reminisce about our special day."

"Call NOW and get over there immediately! This place should be open every single day! After years of overlooking this hidden gem due to poor planning (I've spent 53 summers at our Magic Cottage), I finally made it a point to order from here yesterday. I walked—because when you’re at the beach, driving is just unnecessary!—to grab the best Clams Oreganata I’ve ever had, along with the crab imperial. With fresh catches like clams, scallops, flounder, and swordfish available, I highly recommend trying those! Yes, I ordered the crab, and I absolutely loved it! Tonight, I plan to get more clams (why can't they offer a dozen??) and some flounder. The food here is a million times better than that other restaurant down the street (which shall remain nameless). Just forget about it! Don't go south, don't collect $200—just walk straight to 18th St. Cafe and place your order! It's worth every penny. You might pay an extra five dollars compared to other places, but it’s 100 times better! Well done, 18th St.!"

"If you have some time to spare before getting on one of the boats in Barnegat Light, this charming little village is worth a visit. The shops are small but adorable, offering a variety of typical beach merchandise. However, I wouldn’t suggest going out of your way to come here, as there aren’t many stores and they tend to close early. There is a tiny produce shop that offers a limited selection of fruits and vegetables, most of which appeared quite fresh. Overall, we were able to explore the entire village in about half an hour."
