I highly recommend checking this spot out. They have a ton of Egyptian art throughout the restaurant which sets a cool vibe. Menu is eclectic and you'll be challenged to settle on just one dish. I got the Athena's Lamb nacho's and my life is changed. Deep fried naan bread, Greek yogurt, kalamata olives, and ground lamb. #GAMECHANGER. ALSO, shoutout to their coffee. One of the best cups I've had in a while

Food was really amazing!! This place was a real good experience with our group! Minor was I was really cold inside, the waiter was a little slow, and the interior just doesn't match even they try hard to stay within theme: it's not coherent. But food was so good and that's what matters the most in the end. We had as appetizers the hummus (delicious), spring rolls and crab cakes (lots of crab meat). As mains we had several dishes and everyone emptied their plates. I enjoyed the wild mushroom ravioli with my cocktail. I would come back here for the food for sure!!

Nefertaris is a real standout in a world of mediocrity. As soon as I walked in the front door, I knew , this was going to be good. And good it is !! Excellent in all regards. Exquisite service. Great kitchen staff. Fresh foods for all diners is assured with their farm to table suppliers. Real stuff. Ive eaten there several times and will recommend it to anyone. The owners helped make a birthday outing there a truly remarkable evening for my friend, Millye, and I. The band was an integral part of it all. Nice. Just wonderful. Came in with one of my girlfriends for brunch after church the place was pretty empty. Our server was really sweet and attentive. I ordered a waffle with seasonal fruit. They brought out real maple syrup... yummy. I was pretty disappointed as you can tell by my plate the seasonal fruit was more of just a garnish I was thinking it would be a side dish bowl. I also ordered a slice of the lemon cheesecake super flavorful. My friend she ordered the chicken and instead of the waffle got fries they were nice and crunchy and tasted good as well. First, don't go when it rains or if you do, take your SUV or truck because their parking lot is literally a mud hole. Second, be sure to make reservations before you go because even though their site doesn't say they're required, they are. We arrived around 10:30 am Sunday morning. We walked in and waited for five minutes before anyone greeted us. The restaurant was empty besides three tables. The woman asked if we had reservations and we said no. I sampled the hummus appetizer ordered by one of my companions, and it was excellent. For my main course, I chose the Ethiopian stew with lamb, sautéed spinach, and vegan mac and cheese. Everything was incredibly tasty. I also tried a dish of black rice with tofu that another member of our group had, and it was packed with flavors. The only thing I wasn’t accustomed to was the sour flatbread called injera; it was a bit too unconventional for my taste. Other than that, I was truly satisfied with everything I tried that evening. Starting with the samosas, they were fantastic—crispy pastry accompanied by a delicious tamarind sauce, definitely a 5-star dish. The pea soup was hearty and satisfying, with a thicker consistency than I prefer, but a little salt, pepper, and lime juice enhanced it well. I’d rate it 4 stars. The Passion of Rameses smoothie had several intriguing ingredients, but unfortunately, the organic peanut butter overshadowed the flavors of vanilla and cinnamon, so I can only give it 1.5 stars. Only a fool would travel all the way to Tallahassee, FL, and NOT eat at Nefetari 's. I literally JUST left this delightful little gem tucked away on the outskirts of FAMU 's campus, and...wow. As if the ambiance weren 't enough, from beginning to end, the dining experience was a treat. The restaurant's atmosphere is mellow and relaxed, with soft jazz music creating a soothing and sophisticated vibe. As someone who appreciates good customer service, I was genuinely impressed by the kindness of the owners; they were extremely friendly and personable.
