We had a wonderful winter visit with my girlfriend and her mother. I'm a huge fan of grits, and they prepare them perfectly here. The eggs are made fresh to order, and the waffles are delicious. The pancakes, on the other hand, are simply outstanding.

Excellent food, attentive service, and a wonderful atmosphere. It’s like a more intimate version of Cracker Barrel, but with superior dishes. There’s also a charming shop inside where you can purchase their own pancake and waffle mixes. I’ll definitely be returning!

A fantastic spot to spend your morning! You can enjoy a meal and then explore their lovely selection of products. The small retail area is beautifully arranged and offers a variety of items, including flour, pancake mix, honey, and much more, such as mugs and decorative pieces.

The pancakes here are the best I’ve ever tasted. Whenever I’m in Brooklyn, I make sure to bring their pancake mix with me. It’s definitely a must-try! I recommend enjoying them at their charming barn-style restaurant and don’t forget to visit their shop to take some pancake mix home with you.

This is a charming little spot! The food was delicious; I had the maple bacon waffles, which were fantastic. The coffee was also excellent. The waitress was very attentive, and the shop itself had a lovely ambiance. I’m definitely planning to return to buy those ceramic measuring cups! You really should check this place out. This is definitely one of our favorite spots for lunch! We've visited several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between rustic and modern. There's also a charming gift shop where you can find their renowned New Hope pancake and waffle mix, along with their delicious syrups. After seeing their products for sale around the counter, we decided to visit their café and business. The building's exterior isn't particularly impressive; it looks like a large red warehouse with the café and shop at one end. However, the interior has a charming rustic vibe, with old milling machines and various knickknacks displayed on a balcony above. The café occupies half of the space, while the back area is used for storage. Their breakfast menu features a variety of pancakes, all made with their own ingredients, as you would expect from a mill. This restaurant always seems to have a line, with wait times ranging from 15 to 60 minutes being quite common. The food is quite tasty, featuring large pancakes and interesting menu options, all at reasonable prices. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich with extra peppers and cheese, along with an additional side of bacon. My son chose the adult blueberry chocolate chip pancake with a side, while my daughter went for the sweet potato hash, also with an extra side.
