Food excellent. Went on Saturday night to hear Jazz. It was great.

Food was good and unique, not many other restaurants in the area serving cajun cuisine, however food is a little overpriced because of that. Good location.

Really good first time I ever had shrimp and grits. Waiter was so friendly My only complaint bathroom is downstairs not good for someone with any kind of physical disability such a wheelchair, cane, knee problems. View menu

Fantastic happy hour. I tried the fried green tomatoes, stuffed mushrooms, and fried alligator. All were superlative. Also had a margarita pizza, and the flavors were a little muddy but I would try it again. Happy hour was an incredible deal.

NOLA is my go to for business meals at lunch! Great menu, great atmosphere, and great service. I took one of my new employees to NOLA for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. We were kindly greeted, quickly sat, and our waitress was very nice. Our food was delicious, hot, and as we ordered it! One NOLA Salad with Chicken, and one Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Another great lunch at NOLA!!

Ask a local police officer what he thought was one of the best restaurants in walking distance. This is where he suggested. Wife and I shared some fried frog legs and the bisque. The frog legs were great and the sauce that came with themjust added to the flavor. The highlight was the bisque. The flavor was great but did not stand out by itself. But wow didthey pack the meat in it. Most of the time you have to hunt for it. This bisque was full of lobster, shrimp, crabmeat, andcrawfish. This was not my first trip; but, was my first in a while. Between the four of us we had the following: Fried Pickle Spears declicious, spicy, and fried just right Red beans and rice two servings. Both had hard, undercooked rice which was disappointing. Shrimp and Grits: Tasty. Large portioned. No complaints Shrimp Po Boy: Well cooked, good portion, a bit underwhelming Chicken and Dumplings: Dumplings inedible. Too much broth. Chicken was tasty. For what was paid we definitely expected better food. I personally expected better as I had eaten there before and thought I knew what to expect. Jury's out on if we'll go back in the future.

My wife's vegetarian jumbalaya had the perfect blend of heat and flavor, while our youngest son enjoyed his spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Our oldest son, who was the reason for being there as it was his 16th birthday, had a shrimp sandwich and alligator.
