"Came to the Dallas location for the first time. Immediately wowed by the view from the patio. It was perfect for a summer night. The location was awesome. Parking can seem tricky but was actually pretty easy. Right next door, there is a parking garage and you can get your ticket paid for if you eat at North Italia. Free parking! We usually get the white truffle bread and the Pig pizza so we stuck to our guns. The food came out perfect! They gave us a ton of bread. We enjoyed everything! Our server was also very nice and attentive. Didn't leave us for too long and didn't come back too frequently. He checked on us and made sure we were good. The only reason I am knocking a point off is because they got rid of their best dessert. The Hazlenut Torta was extremely yummy and they took it off so that was a BIG disappointmentOverall, I had a great time here and enjoyed all the eats. I suggest you come and sit on the patio. I don't think you will regret it!Parking: Parking will be right next door and free if you are eating at North Italia"

The food was sooo delish. I had the chicken pesto with a side of asparagus. I added my asparagus to my pesto and it was divine. The server was a little pushy with the dessert menu that I had no interest in. The vibe is GORG! Please visit. You will enjoy yourself.

Server was nice and brought everything we request. Food didn't taste the same. Seasoning was bland. Pasta is meant to have sauce, and my pasta didn't have the sauce it came with. My dad's steak was over cooked twice. In addition, my dads over medium eggs were over cooked. Definitely not the usual North Italia we are used to. Pizza was good though.

very nice staff. host and waiter were personal and very friendly. the waiter was very well informed about menu points. the meatballs and bread/olive oil were delicious. three large meatballs were very tasteful and hearty. the brot was roasted and only a hauch of sweet. I ordered the butternut cheese soup to finish my meal. the best I ever had. I will come back View menu

Got there about 8:10 for an 8:15pm reservation. Valet costs $8. Was seated promptly. Server was very attentive and available. We had calamari for the appetizer. Good portion but it's only the rings and the batter it was fried in is different than than what I'm used to when it comes to fried calamari. I got the squid ink tonnarelli which i absolutely loved! My husband got the chicken parm and he said it was good. I ordered one drink, the pomegranate mule. Was tasty but i would substitute the gin for vodka if i got it again. Overall great experience. Spent about $70

I was looking for a restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine in Downtown Dallas. What I found is a franchise restaurant that serves manufactured (processed imitation seafood “calimari” and rigatoni that was simmering in a pot for about an hour before it was served (not even close to have been prepared for my order and served “aldente” . The server was professional and friendly; but despite the fact that I arrived early in the evening when there were no more than a dozen people in the restaurant, the kitchen pushed the pasta entree out when I was only about half finished with my appetizer (of imitation calimari . The food was not bad, but it was far from being good Italian cuisine.

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
