"DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO if you want enjoy your meal. My coworkers and I went to this restaurant this afternoon for an after work dinner. 20mins after we order, we get our food, but no dining plates, when we asked the lady owner for plates, she simply said:” Oh, you didn’t tell me to give your plates”. Then she brought plates and throw the plates on our table. By the way, even at this point, we didn’t have any water or tea to drink, then we asked her for drinks, she said again: “you guys didn’t tell me you need drinks.” I then ordered a coke, and she served me coke in a sticky cup. The hygiene of this restaurant is also a concern, water cup is sticky, table surface is even more sticky. At the end when we check out, the lady owner forced us to pay a tip for 20%, because she knew she did a bad service and she was afraid of us giving her low tips. Food tastes okay, but I ve never seen a worse service in any restaurant. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The last owner acted like we own her some big money. Very very disappointed!"

DO NOT GO. The worst and fake Japanese food in Palo Alto. It took us an hour to get the food and we are the only group of guests.The service was -1, if I can choose. No water, no plate, no nothing.The food was 2. Sashimi is dry and not fresh . Don was ok. Unagi don was subpar to even Panda Express

Nice small sushi place. We ordered dinner combinations which consist of beef and chicken teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura. We also ordered rolls such as spider roll and salmon roll. Everything is good but the star was the spider roll. Super tasty! Theserver and the chef were polite and kind. Will definitely come back! View menu

Hidden gem! Excellent quality of fish — I especially love the salmon sashimi. I've been to Odori at least a dozen times and they consistently deliver delicious rolls and sashimi. I've brought friends who are picky about their sushi, and they reallyenjoyed Odori. The folks who run Odori are friendly and thoughtful if you chat with them. Nice casual atmosphere andhigh-quality food. Favorite sushi place in Palo Alto!

Odori has BY FAR the best quality to price ratio of any sushi place I’ve been to anywhere. Their 10p chef’s choice sushi is an absolute favorite of mine the quality of the fish totally rivals what you could find at a high end restaurant, but at a median (or even below median) price.The restaurant interior is pretty no frills, but still fine and more than made up for by just how good their sushi is. (Clearly they invest more in their fish than their furniture, which is A OK with me)I love this restaurant and will always keep coming back ??
