"The food was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. We made a reservation for eight people at 6:30 PM and all opted for the all-you-can-eat special. Unfortunately, the restaurant seemed unprepared for our group. We waited far too long for our drinks and food. When they finally began serving our "family style" meal, they didn’t even provide enough for everyone to enjoy their first plate. Half of us were eating while the other half had to wait an additional thirty minutes. After two plates were brought out, we were told that one of the items was finished. What?! We had a reservation and ordered the all-you-can-eat special at 6:30! Sadly, we were all disappointed, which cast a shadow over our mother’s 77th birthday celebration… To make matters worse, no compensation was offered, and several people in our party left feeling hungry."
