"We stopped by for lunch on our way home from camping at Kettle Moraine. I tried the Friday fried fish and fries special, which was a generous portion for just $10. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, accompanied by a Spotted Cow and a sour brandy old fashioned. My son opted for the chicken strips and fries as an appetizer, and he found them both delicious. The other four people in our group ordered burgers and a variety of appetizers. They mentioned that the burgers were just okay, but the fried appetizers were all good, particularly the beer-battered onion rings. The waitress was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The dining room had a simple atmosphere, typical of many bars like this, but the bar area was quite cool, with some arcade games available for kids. Overall, it's definitely worth stopping by for a drink, lunch, and some friendly service!"
