"The food was goodBut I had a incident that occurred here and honestly I’m completely confused as why the employees can say the manager is on break& then when we call later on the manger is still on break? Why don’t you just tell us he not on the clock today. It’s been three days now and still no manger? I work in Fast food also and if a customer needed to see a GM or a AM I would obviously get either one of them because their concerns matter. ??"

I always liked Ono. But this place is not good. Raw chicken and with bones, also chicken with skin. ? Be careful when you are eating here.Rude employee. Small portions ??

Really great and tasty portions for the price. The macaroni salad was amazing it made my husband that usually hates macaroni salad buy a separate side container of it. Teriyaki Chicken and Spam Masubi were also our favorites!!! View menu

We decided to have dinner here and chose the Ono 3 combo dinner for the family priced at $35. The meal included kalbi short ribs, chicken katsu, and kalua pig, along with 4 small mac salads and rice. We saved a lot of money feeding all 5 of us with this affordable meal option in the area.

After a long day that included an amusement park and a drive across Los Angeles in heavy traffic we wanted to find a good meal close to our hotel. We considered our options and chose Ono Hawaiian BBQ. The food was as good as we hoped it would be and we left with full bellies, very satisfied with our meals.

It's a nice enough place. They offer the standard Hawaiian food fare. I ordered the mini BBQ chicken plate that comes with 2 scoops of rice, one scoop of macaroni salad and a few pieces of the BBQ chicken. The chicken was well marinated so I didn't need any sauce which is different from my usual spot but I don't know I just wasn't overly impressed. View menu

We had an excellent meal at this restaurant. We ordered two mixed plates, one with kalua pork and teriyaki, and the other with kalua pork and grilled pork. Both dishes were excellent. The salad and macaroni salad were also very good. The only issue we had was with the timing of our order. We were unsure if they had forgotten about us, but when our food arrived, it was delicious.

We had Mendez as our cashier, it was a terrible experience. I was not greeted or asked what I wanted to order, he just rushed through the menu. Just because this person may not be happy with their own life, does not give them the right to treat customers poorly. They should try to smile and do their job properly, maybe then people would treat them better. I will not be returning despite the convenient location.
