"I hesitate to leave negative reviews, but I have to say that this restaurant isn't worth the price. This is my third time ordering from here, and I've been consistently disappointed. I ordered the triple delight, and the food was undercooked—the meat had a rubbery texture, and the vegetables were still quite hard. When you order combination fried rice or lo mein, they include only a small amount of meat. Additionally, my order was incorrect, with extra items added that drove the total price much higher than it should be. I won't be coming back again!"

Poor customer service rude. Ordered food and a tea, The tea was hot so I asked for ice she said they didn't have ice. She caught an attitude so I asked for my money back. It's almost 100 degrees outside and you serving warm drinks

The food is just mediocre and a bit overpriced. However, what I dislike the most is that they don't provide a receipt unless you ask for one, and it doesn't itemize the costs. Additionally, the lady who takes the orders never smiles.

I recently tried the menu at Oriental House for the first time, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The food was completely lacking in flavor—the shrimp tasted bland and unseasoned. The rice was undercooked, and everything needed a heavy amount of hot sauce and soy sauce just to be edible. View menu

I ordered delivery tonight, and the food was amazing. I had shrimp fried rice, beef pepper steak, and beef lo mein, and they even included General Tso's chicken for free due to my order amount. It was my first time trying that dish, and it was delicious. Based on my experience, I’m giving it a perfect 5 stars!

I ordered delivery from Oriental House tonight, and the food was excellent. I got shrimp fried rice, beef pepper steak, and beef lo mein, and they even included General Tso’s chicken as a bonus because of my order size. It was my first time trying that dish, and it was fantastic. I’m giving them 5 stars based on my experience.

Nested in a small plaza, this place offers good food and portion size in the area. They're carry-out and delivery only but the food was still good when I got home. The shrimp lo mein really hit the spot, but the beef broccoli is really the star. I don't like super soggy broccoli in the sauce, rather I like being able to taste the freshness. When I'm in the area and craving for Chinese on the go, this is it. View menu

So, I went there for the lunch specials. My total was $28.50. I made sure to request extra gravy for my egg foo young. After, everything was ready I checked of course. My gravy wasn 't extra as requested. I asked the lady she said 8 ounces for $2 . Mind you I just spent $28. And, the 1/2 lb jumbo hot spicy shrimp were medium size for $9.99. So, I left. One more place I won 't be revisiting. These food places must learn. Right now, eating out is definitely a privilege.

The food at Oriental House was hot, tasty, and fresh. It was my first visit, and honestly, if I had read the reviews beforehand, I might have passed on it. However, the interior was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although a bit pricey, it’s still more reasonably priced than other nearby spots serving similar dishes. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely come back when craving Asian food in the area. I ordered the orange chicken and combination fried rice, accompanied by a glass of lemonade iced tea.

"Iverson Cookies/The Great Cookie has been a DC area staple for decades. It 's been a while since I 've been here, but it felt like a review is long overdue. So I took it upon myself to stop by get some cookies for myself and my parents before I departed for IL a few weeks ago.The ever so popular cookie flavor there is the prized Snickerdoodle cookies. So, of course, I took it upon myself to order a few. I ordered about 8 cookies for $5 or $10 (apparently, they do not allow ordering by the half dozen nor dozen, but by the eights. Such as 8, 16, etc .I was a bit judgy hesitant because the cookies were almost razor thin, and I was used to thicker, regular sized cookies. But as soon as I took a bite, I was shook haha ?? They were so moist, soft, and delightful. Crunchy exterior but the right amount of crunch that it doesn 't take away from the softness/moisture. The right amount of sugar and cinnamon.I think what makes this different from other Snickerdoodle cookies is perhaps the thinness and (I THINK, I could be wrong the possible shortening base. They were so good, I decided not to be selfish and go back in to order my parents some to try ???I will say since it 's been a while since I 've been to Iverson Cookies, I got a bit lost because I could not find an entrance point (I 'll be honest: I forgot haha ? . The entrance point is between Mama Lucia and Chipotle. If you have bad eye vision like me, you 'll have to walk up closer to notice. At the physical establishment, it 's listed as The Great Cookie. On Google Maps, it 's listed as Iverson Cookies. There 's plenty of parking. The best way to get there is to drive or Uber. I am unsure if one can Metro there.Highly recommend whether you 're a DC area native, transplant, or just visiting"
