"First of all, I want to commend the ladies at the restaurant for their excellent service. I ordered a sancocho and an Arizona drink through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the driver delivered the wrong order. To make matters worse, Uber Eats didn’t issue a refund or send another driver with my correct order. I decided to call the restaurant, and the kind lady I spoke with apologized for the mix-up. She made my order fresh and personally sent a driver all the way to my house in Bay Shore. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! The food was delicious, and I will definitely be ordering again—this time through DoorDash, of course!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by the food and the ambience. We live in the neighborhood and wonder why it took us so long to enjoy a great meal there. It's relaxed, it's delicious and most of all our waiter, a really nice young man, was outstanding. "Our meals were dropped off on our table by someone other than our waiter after about a 40 minute wait with no explanation of why we waited so long. There seemed to be no reason for such a long wait as the restaurant was not full. We weren’t asked if we wanted cheese, fresh pepper, or another drink,. The person who dropped off the food didn’t even say enjoy your meal or a single word to us. Halfway through his dinner my son found a long hair imbedded and wrapped around a piece of shrimp. Our waiter took his plate, came back 10 min later and informed us that they will be comping my son’s meal. I explained to the waiter that an option to order something else would have been preferred over the comping because my son only ate half of his dinner. The waiter then proceeded to tell us that HE FELT comping was better because in HIS opinion most of the meal was eaten before the hair was discovered. My son was still hungry, but now made to feel like he shouldn’t be. The right thing to do would have been to ask us if we wanted the meal comped or if we preferred to order another meal. The waiter should not be deciding how our evening plays out. We didn’t order coffee or desserts because dinner was cut short, and abruptly ended after waiting 40 minutes for or meals! This was a special occasion that became anything but special."

"This restaurant has a stunning ambiance and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. My wife ordered the chicken Francaise and said it was among the best she’s ever had, while I enjoyed the braided short rib, which I highly recommend. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering we had an appetizer, each ordered a drink and shared a dessert, our total came to around $150. There are also more affordable options available. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!"

"We found this Gem by accident as we were at the Lake Grove fair and googled places to eat near by. There were 6 of us and everyones food was amazing. I had a special shrimps and clams with a special macaroni the best i have had and i have had thisdish many times at other places. My Wife had the Lobster Ravoli Amazing!!! My 4 Sisters had a special Chicken dish with RigatoniAmazing. Then if that was not enough the Homemade Desserts out of this world the Lemon cake the Icecream cake and the Cheesecake WOW!! The owners are amazing they make you feel like your eating dinner with Family!!! If you dont try this place you aremissng out!!! We have found our new favorite place."
