Panda Express - Menu

Food was greasy and old. Service was unpleasant. But it was fast and somewhat affordable, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

We ordered takeout, and it was still warm and delicious! The drive-thru line was quite busy around 5:15, but the lobby wasn't too crowded.

Most of our food was decent however our broccoli beef only had 4 pieces of beef in it, huge bummer. Chicken Teriyaki was pretty rubbery but alright, best by far was the Chow Mein and Beijing Beef.

I only tried the egg rolls, but they were great! The food I saw looked delicious, and I definitely want to come back to try something else. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable.

When we arrived the drive thru was backed up with 11 cars in it with more arriving as we decided to walk in, what a mistake. There were three walk in customers in front of us which were helped quickly. Just about that time we we greated that they would be right with us to no avail. The food was quite good! The service was handled inside, where you place your orders and pay. I mistakenly thought that Panda Express still handed out fortune cookies with each order, but I guess that’s not the case anymore. Instead, you can buy packets of them. Additionally, I expected the cream cheese Rangoon to come with a warm, sweet and tangy dipping sauce, but instead, we received packets that we had to pour over them. Not ideal, especially for dining in. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s also an outdoor seating area available.

I wanted to take a moment to share a disappointing experience I had recently. Today, I encountered some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I asked Megan, the front desk attendant, if they could please exchange my boys' noodles because they had too many onions. Unfortunately, she said it wasn't possible and offered a different dish instead. It’s really frustrating to have spent over $47 on food only to be unable to fulfill such a simple request. To make matters worse, they didn't provide a receipt, despite my waiting for the items that weren't ready. I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I hope you and your family don't have to go through something similar.

I was in the mood for greasy comfort food and I thought I would hit up Panda Express. Knowing that the drive thru is slow, I thought I would speed things up by ordering online. Big mistake! I was told you can 't pick up online orders in the drive thru. Annoying, but okay, whatever. I waited until my order should have been ready and went in the restaurant. It wasn 't ready, they were waiting on an item to finish cooking. Okay. I wait some more. Many people were getting their orders through the drive thru and in line in the restaurant.
