"The food is always so good but the customer service is the worst . I had a food from there today and the server the way she act It’s so rude . There is no hi hello or greeting before and after the food from drive through. This is the 3rd time happened with the this girl in the drive through she is so rude . I will never go there . I live like within a mile and I always like the food from them . But I always thinkLike ok maybe next time I will see another server in the drive through but every time I go I see this girl . The management need to change theirs server in the drive through. We pay to get the food we are not getting free food to get attitude from them ."

in this day and age with so much competitive, especially in the food industry, the customer service is of utmost importance. my eating was wonderful, but the drive thru coworker was very unwilling and therefore this is a 1 star rating instead of a 5 star rating.

food was good.. but the customer service.. sigh..! It appears some school going kids are doing the CS job where they make you feel like you knock on their home door middle of the night to beg food. To the management, you need to work on this else you loose returning customers.. the guy who served me was named Sage S on the receipt.
