"My local Papa Murphy's is farther away than this location, but I tend to avoid this one because my pizza is never ready within 30 minutes. Last night, I showed up at 30 minutes to find three employees standing around doing nothing. I returned 10 minutes later, just hoping to pick up my pizza and go, only to find it half unwrapped on the to-go rack. Thankfully, one employee showed some empathy, but wow—based on other reviews, I’m glad I’m one of the few experiencing this."

Regarding parking, I was the only customer when I walked in. For those using public transport, there is a frequent bus line less than a block away that goes in both directions.

The service was terrible. They gave my entire pizza order to someone else without properly confirming the phone number. When I arrived to pick it up, my $55 order had already been taken by another customer. I ended up waiting over an hour for an order that wasn’t even mine. Extremely frustrating experience.
