"The pizza-making process was incredibly slow. I placed my order at 4:30 PM for a 6:00 PM pickup, but when I arrived, my pizza was nowhere to be found. It took them an additional 35 minutes to prepare it. What's the point of ordering online if they're not going to start making it until I show up? Since it's a take-and-bake service, I don't need it prepared on-site. I really wish they would consider using robots to streamline the process!"

Fantastic food and kind employees. When I was there last weekend, they didn’t have the green onions for my pizza. The employee offered me a coupon, as that’s the best part of my pizza! Went back yesterday and used my coupon.

Every time I place a delivery order, there's always an issue with it. If I request a pepperoni pizza, I end up with a sausage one instead. And when I order a sausage pizza, I get a Hawaiian. It's really annoying to constantly receive the wrong pizzas!

Love the pizza, hated that the sign in front says '12 99 for Double Bacon Cheddar pizza but when order it 's 17.99. I questioned the manager Oh that promotion ended a couple of days ago. I just don 't have anything to replace that sign . Bit of false advertising View menu

I had a conversation with the manager, Dustin, who is a really nice guy. It's a good idea to plan your order in advance and double-check your toppings because of some staffing issues. However, this location has consistently looked after us and has made sure to resolve any concerns.

I was quoted $18 for a crustless pizza because I wanted to try the keto option. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza with no sauce, and the total came to around $18.51. I decided to leave. I just can’t understand why it would cost the same as a regular pizza. I do not recommend this restaurant or location.

I drove from Shakopee to grab some pizza, planning on getting there before closing time at 8 PM. When I arrived at 7:30, I discovered that the posted hours indicated closing at 7 PM. Both your website and Google page list the closing time as 8, so I suggest updating that information. Now I have to ask my roommate to waste more gas because of this misleading information.

I wasn't surprised to find this place busy on Halloween, especially since it fell on a Tuesday. I've never seen so many people, both working behind the counter and dining in. The staff was really on the go, but they still remained friendly and approachable. Amazingly, I was able to get in and out quickly despite the crowd. Robin, Desiree, and the whole team are fantastic, and it's their exceptional service that keeps me coming back.
