"I've ordered from this Andolini's location many times. When they get it right, the food is fantastic, but when they get it wrong it's usually a miserable failure. That's why there are so many mixed reviews here. Last night takes the cake for me. I spent $120 on apps, pizza, and pasta, ordered online via their website and fulfilled by Doordash. Food was at my door 1 hour 10 minutes later which I thought was pretty good for a Saturday night. The pizza was wonderful. The stromboli was a little soggy but still good. The caprese antipasto was a joke. The tomato slices were ENDS you know, the part that's hard to chew and belongs in the garbage and also extremely thinly sliced, barely the width of a fork tine. I don't know how they can possibly think that's acceptable. Also, if there was balsamic glaze on it I couldn't see or taste it. I love this appetizer and it never used to be like this, but it seems like sometime last year they started having problems making it correctly from using tomato ends to missing olives, thin slices of mozzarella, no balsamic, etc. Whenever there's been an issue and I complained, they made it right, but who wants to do that all the time? You know what I really want? For my food to be right the first time. EDIT: After communicating with Mike, the owner, I wanted to add this update to my review. Not only did he make things right with my recent order, he went above and beyond in addressing my concerns about past orders. He cares deeply about his restaurant and is committed to providing customers with a great dining experience, so while mistakes and miscommunications can happen (we're all human, after all) I'm confident I will always be taken care of at Andolini's."

"This was a delivery order, so I can't tell what the service level or atmosphere is, I'm giving it a 1 star based solely on the food, and honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would.Okay, wow, what in the hell was this. Let me just go through what we ordered and our thoughts on them:Combination fried rice. This is like if you showed a picture of fried rice to a Wendy's fry cook and told them to replicate it. No flavor of soy sauce, sesame oil, or even garlic is present. It's just bland.Bulgogi. Okay, the thing that makes bulgogi is the marinade, and the flavor is only part of it. The marinade for bulgogi tenderizes the meat, due to the Asian pear, but this bulgogi was tough and chewy. While it had some of the flavor it almost feels like someone bought pre-made sauce from an oriental store and stir fried the beef in it, without allowing the marinade to do its job.Egg rolls. Honestly, I don't know how this got screwed up, but the egg rolls had a nice crunchy exterior, but just underneath that was this mushy layer that was extremely off putting. The internal filing was a mushy mess as well.Yakitori. A good yakitori should have tender grilled chicken that was brushed with the sauce while it's being grilled. This gives the chicken a nice caramelization along with the tender meat, but it's not overpowering. This yakitori was tough and chewy while also swimming in an overly sweet sauce.Very disappointing, will not be ordering from here again or recommending anyone order from here in the future."
