Party Fowl Cool Springs

Went around 4:30pm on Friday afternoon, no wait time to be seated. Friendly staff, all around! Service was good, but a little slow on the drink refills. Food order was accurate and quick from order to table. Everythinh was so yummy! We orsered the chicken tenders, cole slaw and fried onion ring stack. Good stuff! Would visit again.

Smedley the manager and Gramham were great. We ask for a specific NFL game on Sunday and within seconds it was showing on the TV in front of us. They both were positive and greeted every guest. I will not only become a regular at this particular PF.. but will become a promoter. Food atmosphere were great. Location was extremely clean and organized!

First time at Party Fowwl.The place really needs cleaning. Management could step up. When we were there the hostess was running around cleaning and bussing tables while I guessed the manager, because he was standing watching the TV instead of helping out. It was not busy at all. The Chicken breast and Beignets was delicious. The Nashville Hot was very spicy but flavorful. The medium was all the wife could handle. It was also very good and hotter than most other's hot. The beignets were the perfect sweet item to cool down after. Service was great. He checked on us often even though the place was packed and he was in constant motion.

Great food and fun vibe! I called about 30 minutes ahead for a large group. They accommodated us and even happily added more tables and chairs when our group was larger than planned. Food came out pretty quickly and everything was delicious. Just be careful if you 're sensitive to spicy heat... even the mild has a little kick to it and the Nashville hot sauce will make you say woooo!

I'm not sure if it was the bartenders first day but what a joke. He gave me a glass that he used to blow out the line. It was soaked so much that every time I lifted my hand my arm got soaked. I asked for the Cubs game when I first sat down he said he'd try. He didn't until he came back for a food order and he wouldn't even try until the food order was in and shocking yall couldn't get the channel and I was stuck waiting for food. End of an era. I was so excited when this location opened and I could avoid downtown. We've been coming here for years and never had an issue until today. I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but my wife and I were just served stale/reheated fries, with a promise for fresh ones that never happened, and, worse yet, a cardinal sin for a place that prides itself on its chicken, tenders that were not fresh made- it takes more than 6 minutes from ordering if it is made fresh and fresh fried tenders aren't dry. We received a coupon in the mail for $10 off for purchase of $30 in food and kids eat free Monday through Thursday. We thought it would be fun to try a new restaurant and went on a Monday night. We bought drinks, chicken nacho appetizer, child's dinner and two adult entrees. Over $90 bill. When the bill arrive, we presented the coupon and reminded the waitress our child ate free, as it's a Monday. The manager came to our table and told us, we could either have $10 off or the free kids meal. I showed the manager the coupon, which clearly referenced both the kids eat free and the $10 off. Had higher hopes for this restaurant. Ordered 6 piece wing appetizer and a chicken and beignets plate. The wings were a Memphis dry rub, the chicken with beignets was served with a battered halved thin chicken breast. The wings were tasty but tough. The chicken breast was tough as well. Only one way to accomplish this: pre-cook and re-heat when ordered. Not sure that’s what happened to the wings, though, as they were tasty, but it does leave me a bit confused why the issue was encountered. Server was polite, friendly, responsive, but young.
