Pasqualone's La Plaia

Pasqualone's Ristorante remains the top spot for Italian cuisine in my opinion. I have yet to find a better place, no matter where I go. Whenever I dine on Italian food elsewhere, I always end up feeling disappointed because Pasqualone's is truly the best.

Delicious. Best eggplant parmigiano in central Ohio.You must make reservation and the Eggplant was a special request. Their homemade sauce is unmatched. Good restaurant for special anniversary or special date night. Ive been once a year for years and always top notch

Dining at this restaurant is an experience! Everything was excellent, delicious and creatively authentic. The service was attentive, precise, and efficient. Been here dozens of times might be the best Italian food in Ohio. Don’t let the location trick you or the menu fool you. I’ve had most of the excellent menu items, but half the time we order their changing specials not listed. Genuine and top notch service ALWAYS from the chef/owner and staff. Authentic Italian so ask if you don’t know what something is polite and helpful.

I decided to call on a whim on a Friday night in hopes of getting reservations, and the gentleman on the phone kindly took my name in case there were any cancellations. Luckily for us, there were! Our server was exceptional - the perfect blend of personable, humorous, and professional. The food was even better, tasting fresh and homemade just like we had hoped for. I highly recommend this place! I am excited to come back and try the rest of the menu!

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The menu was well-thought-out and the food was delicious. We began with the burrata appetizer and then enjoyed the house salad, which was simple but allowed the flavors of the greens to shine. The lobster ravioli and gorgonzola chicken specials were outstanding, with deep and complex flavors that didn't overshadow the main ingredients. The most intimate dining experience I've had in Columbus. Every single dish was incredible down to the very simple pre dinner salad. The menu includes much more than what is listed on the website. Reservation only is for a reason. We were greeted by the head chef when we walked in and the service was outstanding. There are about 10 tables in the dining room and we honestly forgot where we were for 2 hours. There is no Italian food quite like this in Columbus.

Let me just say, this restaurant does not disappoint when it comes to Italian cuisine in Columbus! It is hands down the best. From the first taste of the sauce that made my mouth water, to the knowledgeable server and excellent service, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Mr. P was friendly, pleasant, and attentive. They truly make you feel like part of the family. Make sure to book in advance because it is definitely worth it!

A personal, phenomenal, authentic Italian experience. Walking through the door I was greeted warmly by the head chef and then was shown to my table. After being recited the specials by our water we order a few drinks and begin to make the impossible decision between the options, they all sound phenomenal! In the end I settle on the unsexy veal loaf, but damn if it wasn 't absolutely delicious! The blend of the stuffed veal was rich but delicious and the mushroom marsala sauce was decidant.
