Absolutely the best. We waited to eat and skipped lunch on the way home from FL to be here to eat on our way home. Fries are so delicious and that multigrain bread toasted on my Italian sub was perfect. This place is one we always stop at on trips through middle TN! Thanks for dinner!

Simply awful experience. Placed online order. Pick up time was 20 minutes ago and I?m still waiting. When I got here, 20 minutes after placing the order, they hadn?t even started it yet. That?s 40 minutes total, so far. On top of that, the employees are just rude and the one sandwich I ordered is $15. For that price, no one should have to wait 40 minutes for a single cheesesteak sandwich. This is not the first time. We?ll never be back. It?s a shame as the food is good. I?m just done with them. OMG. Just what I needed in my life. Had had been sick unable to eat for about a week. NOTHING SOUNDED APPETIZING. I stopped off said I'll get my favorite sandwich and maybe I'll eat. HONNNEYYYYY. I got the small Ruben no cheese extra meat and a large fries (cause my dogs are moochers for fries) EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THE FRIES SOOOO GOOD AS FRESH FRIES ARE. SO HAPPY MY FIRST REAL MEAL WAS SO SATISFYING IT TOOK ME A COUPLE HOURS OF A BITE HERE AND BITE THERE BUT I ATE EVERYTHING. MINUS THE FRIES MY SERVICE DOG KEONA CHOWED DOWN ON.

I just picked up an online order at 11:48 on March 1, 2024, and I was met with an incredibly rude employee when I collected my sandwich. As she handed me my order, I said “thank you,” but she didn’t acknowledge me and just looked away. To be polite, I tried again and said, “have a good day,” but once more, I was completely ignored by her and the rest of the staff. I’ve always enjoyed Penn Station as one of my favorite spots for a quick lunch, but after this experience, I won’t return to this location. Please improve your customer service. Have a good day!

First time we visited Penn Station in a very long time. We ordered two cheesesteaks and a small fry. My wife asked for tomatoes on her sandwich, which the receipt stated. We went to pay for our order and the chip reader says there was an error. Stacy said she must have hit the cord while cleaning. By looking at the counter, no one has cleaned in a while. We moved to other machine and all was good. When we got our food, my wife’s sandwich didn’t have tomatoes on it. We just let it go but people need to read the receipt when making the sandwich. Fresh ingredients! Unlike the subway where you can see?t, the blows of this place know how to make big subways! The employees wore gloves and were also very nice! The sub tastes wonderful and the bread is also fresh! The large size is ideal for dinner and lunch the next day! These French hairs are so good, even without ketchup, grill sauce or any sauce! You have a huge bottle of potatoes! My little dog is safe! They disappeared! Lol! The fresh lemonade! I can't fight Fresh Lemonade! It was very nice when the weather was cooled and dark. I normally don't write reviews of chain restaurants. (No one should need someone else to tell them what a McDonald's hamburger taste like. The service at this location has, however, recently has been great and really merits a 5-star review. The food has always been good, and they offer a few sandwiches that stand out such as their grilled club, their chicken teriyaki, their Rueben, and their pizza sub. I walk in, never been here before. First time coming here, and I was ignored at the counter by the guy working, he does not have a name tag on, so I cannot say who it was. But he was working the pick up area/online orders area. I asked about my order. He was mean and rude. He didn't even tell me anything. He just went and started talking to another guy that works here and didn't even tell me anything after that.
