Just celebrated my birthday at Pho Kevin's. The food was fabulous. The owner personally greeted us. Great value and conveniently located in the Pier 1 and TJ Maxx shopping center.

We visit this restaurant at least once or three times a week! Kevin should definitely give us a VIP card! My husband and I absolutely love it here, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
