"I used to love this place, but I have to change the rating after my last experience. apparently they charge an automatic gratuity of 20% for parties of 7 or more. which would be understandable, but they included my 1 year old, who didn 't order a meal, and we had two separate checks. I always get the same thing so I didn 't see the small print on the back aboit the added tip. although it 's not right anyway to include a toddler in the mix. the waitress forgot several items we asked for, and never checked on our table, until after we had to go to the bar multiple times to get our drinks, because our waitress was nowhere. after she ran our cards, was when we were told about the added gratuity. when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was very rude and hostile from the beginning. I explained that it wasn 't right, she basically stole her tip. and I didn 't appreciate how the manager was being either. she took the tip off and then made the comment I will tip her for you like okay cool. maybe pay them more so they don 't feel the need to steal their tip? the food is great and I used to come here all the time. it really is unfortunate that bad service will turn away loyal customers."

I visited for the first time and the food exceeded my expectations. It was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend this place, and you definitely have to try the appetizers as well! It's now my favorite Asian restaurant. Food: 5/5

They should include Sushi Hours, only one chef is capable of making sushi, therefore if he's not clocked in, sushi is unavailable! I ordered two vermicelli bowls to go: one with beef and the other with pork. Unfortunately, the meat was the driest I've ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant. It seemed like it was cooked just enough to avoid being raw, resulting in flavorless and tough pieces. Additionally, the portion of noodles was disappointingly small. On the bright side, the basil, cilantro, pickled daikon and carrots, lettuce, and egg roll were all quite good, which somewhat improved my experience with the meat. The fish sauce was tasty as well. If you order take out, you must continue reading. Terrible customer service. Placed an order of pho to go (rare beef that I asked to be cooked in the broth). Received only the broth, plain rice noodles, and the uncooked beef. Returned to the restaurant to get the condiments. I was scolded by the manager for not bringing ALL the food back with me.
