The view of the ocean from all tables adds to the value the Daytona location offers. The only dessert you'll ever need to know about is the Flaming Butter Cake. This is a butter cake, smothered in bananas fosters and then set on fire table side with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enough for more than 2 people and the perfect finish to a great dining experience. Additionally, the selection of rare whisky's isn't comparable to any other restaurant since the selection at Hyde Park is so huge. You will find something rare you've always wanted to try, especially the Bourbon's. We will definitely return."

"Zappi’s is in a great location with a very friendly staff. The food is very typical “red-sauce Italian” fare and a step above “Olive Garden”, but is not exceptionally creative. The ambiance in the restaurant has a high energy. We had made our reservation earlier in the day and the staff did not have it in the system, but assured us that we would be checked in. We then received a notice from Open Table that we would not get credit for dining there (not a big deal, but slightly annoying)."

"We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, with excellent service from our server Shaye. We even had the chance to meet the talented chef Sherika, who was both skilled and knowledgeable. After dinner, we chatted with them while deciding on dessert. Sherika suggested trying the Lime Crème Brulee, and it was a delightful treat."

"My husband and I stopped in here on a Wednesday for the first time for lunch. It's more of a mom and pop small old establishment. It's not anything fancy, just basic. We ordered a med, thin and crispy pizza. What I look for in a thin and crispy, is that I can hold a slice and everything does not fall off of it. So these slices were perfect. I could hold a slice and it held up. It was very good. I would have put just a little bit more seasoning on it. It needed some more herb spice flavor but all in all we enjoyed it. On Wednesdays they have a deal where if you buy a beverage you can get certain meals for I think it was $10.99. We ordered a sampler to go. It came with chicken parmesan, manicotti and lasagna, a salad and bread. We took this home and had it for supper and it was very very good."
