"I came to this location on Sunday January 08, 2023 and placed an order for Pad Thai noodle with Tofu with the intent of having it for lunch that afternoon Unfortunately the noodles were inedible and too spicy So I called the location and spoke to the cashier over the phone and explained that I was unable to eat the noodles and if there way any way I could get them replaced She told me it was not possible because the order was not wrong (kinda in a rude way Went a couple of days later on Wednesday 01/10/2023 And explained the situation to Jacob (shirt manager for the night Jacob was really nice about the incident and replaced the order. I'm am extreme happy with the way Jacob handled the incident . I have been to many locations for Pick up Stix including but not limited to Camarillo, Oxnard Lakewood and this location. I feel as thou Jacob exceeds the expectations of any shift supervisor , with his customer service and management skills. In my opinion, deserves to become the general manager for this location. In my personal opinion he also deserves at least a five dollar raise for the work that he does. Butt feel free to give him more he deserves it ...!! Like I have mentioned earlier I have been to many locations with many awful experiences. So delicious! Loved that I caught the .50 cent wontons Wednesday. Only got 6 but really shoulda got more! The brocolli was a little funny tasting but overall a very delicious lunch that I craved since vegas locations are limited. View menu

Food has always been good. The problem was when the order taker was cleaning up for the night and had the nerve to pick up the rugs and walk right back k to the food packing area and handle orders never washing her hands! Luckily I had someone else packmy food, but this will be my last time ever coming to this location!

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions about the menu, acknowledging my toddler, and bringing me an extra plate. I wish all hosts were like you. I am giving THIS Pick Up 5 stars , not for the food. It is a fast food restaurant so nothing much to say about that. I am giving them a 5 star for the OUTSTANDING Customer service I received while dinning there… I was greeted by Alfredo or Alfonzo please forgive me for not remembering his name), the new manager. He greeted me with a smile, let me know proximately how long my order would, and checked on me half way through my meal. I live in Arizona and we don?t have this restaurant, not at least anywhere near me. So when I come visit in Norwalk I come here at least once each trip I take. The food never disappoints. It is always hot, high quality and tastes fresh. Their orangechicken is heavenly, like insurmountably better than Panda Express or anything you buy in stores. Their shrimp is good qualityand really tasty too. I like their rice, spring rolls and the noodles. Everything I?ve ever had here was delicious andsatisfactory. Wish we had one close by where I live! I?ve dined in and done take out as well, when I got take out the food wasstill hot and just as good as it is as eating it there.
