"The food was good but the Crazy Burrito was a bit disappointing. It's advertised as having a 12 tortilla but when my husband got the burrito it was pretty skimpy on the filling. It had gaps, it definitely could of been filled with way more goodness. The flavor was on point though! Got some stale chips, took the bag back in and got fresh chips that were much better. "The restaurant at the zoo has reopened with new management. My family and I enjoyed Saturday brunch there today. The atmosphere is charming and fitting for a zoo environment. The food was excellent, more upscale than your typical zoo eatery, and the prices were reasonable compared to similar places I've been to. We will definitely return."

"We always enjoy dining in at this restaurant, but recently we placed a fairly large to-go order one evening. The steaks were cooked perfectly at varying temperatures, and they still tasted great by the time we got them home. One of the orders had an allergy, but there were no problems. The website pickup timing was accurate, and the employee who brought the food to our car was friendly. The main bartender, who I believe is also the head bartender, is fantastic when dining at the bar. She is always very friendly. We have never had any negative experiences at this restaurant."

"My first impressions of the restaurant were excellent. We were quickly seated, the dining area was clean, and the service was attentive. The kitchen was efficient, and our food arrived in no time (no pun intended). My wife loved her ham and cheese omelet, and I enjoyed a generously sized portion of corned beef hash, which was also very good. The biscuits were delightfully soft and delicious. The only reason I didn't give Kitty's a '5' rating is that my eggs were overcooked; what was supposed to be over medium turned out to be over well, and one of the yolks was broken. It’s the little things that can make a big difference. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience."

"Best around. The beach is not known for good Q as most places in the area are average at best. Done South is refreshing with big portions of well cooked meat at reasonable prices. I thought the pork was better than the brisket, and the chicken was good too! Next time I want to try their ribs, Sauce was OK but tasted like Liquid Smoke was added which I am not a fan of. Overall the best around FYI CASH ONLY NO CREDIT CARDS"
