"This place has gone down hill!! Been going there for many years, Went there last night told me 15 mins i was there for one hour. I thought the worst part was watching them knock a hamburger into the grease trap on griddle and then taking it out, or watching them scrap old pizza cheese back into the fresh cheese... But know it was I noticed they charged my debit card a 15% tip I think on a take out order. I called my bank I did not sign but one slip the second charge came threw at there closing time!! Watch out for your self they have become thieves 9 year customer will never go there again. For the record the owners do not always run this place but there family and hired help."

First when I called to placed a delivery for a bacon burger and salad , I ended up getting the palate and got $4 over charged and when I called to inform them I was given an attitude and was told only credit was offered and no refund would be given. Not to mention the fries were cold. Never would I think a business would lack such respect to a paying customer. Never eating here again. Except to get my small fry credit, if they even do it, I wasn 't given enough time to give my name before they hung up in me.

When the delivery driver arrived, he received his tip in cash but then informed me that my card payment hadn’t gone through. I called the restaurant again to sort it out. To my surprise, I found a charge of over $30 on my card for just a pizza, fries, and soda. By the time the order arrived, the fries were practically cold. I felt I was overcharged unless they included a tip on the bill, which I explicitly stated I would be giving in cash. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the service at this establishment.
