I just had the most amazing meatball sub I've ever tasted! You know how sometimes Italian food at restaurants can be bland or taste like it's frozen? Well, this was anything but that—it was absolutely delicious! And, of course, we also loved the bubble tea!

I absolutely love the Italian sub and the Philly sub at Pochi Cafe. I treat myself to one about once a month, and I've been doing so since they opened. Whether I dine in, get takeout, or order delivery, they always get it right. Pochi Cafe is one of the few places where I can confidently say my order has never been wrong. Given the current state of customer service, that's quite a commendation!

I had high hopes with the reviews but man this was terrible. Granted it was three young girls this was probably the worst experience at a small business i’ve had. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a drink and sub when we were the only patrons ourfood was over cooked, mine had a hair in it Ew! and they argued pricing they had listed with my partner and then gave him acookie that tasted like chemicals??? Such a shame we love supporting local business but man we won’t be returning. ????????

I had high expectations based on the reviews, but my experience was really disappointing. There were just three young staff members working, and it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve had at a small business. We waited nearly 30 minutes for drinks and our sandwiches, even though we were the only customers. When our food finally arrived, it was overcooked, and my dish even had a hair in it—gross! To make matters worse, the staff argued with my partner about the prices they had posted. They also gave him a cookie that tasted like chemicals. It’s such a shame because we love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

Pochi Cafe has a unique and charming atmosphere with ample space, perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying some reading time. I was especially impressed by their Halloween decorations, particularly the cute tinsel dog holding a pumpkin—I’d love to have one of those myself! The service was a tad slower than at other places I’ve visited, but everything was freshly made, and the staff was exceptionally friendly during both of my visits. On my second trip, the gentleman at the counter even brought my tea to me, along with a whole container of bubble tea straws so I could choose my favorite color. This should have been a sign that I shouldn’t have footed anythinghere. When I got to the counter I notice that everything food items) were out on the counter at room temperature. Things shouldhave been in the coolers. I then proceeded to order a drink, against my better judgment. I have been on a mission to find the best and most authentic bubble tea with a good variety at reasonable prices, and I finally found it at Pochi Cafe! Located at 921 E. Johnstown Road, Columbus, Ohio 43230, this place is amazing! It's conveniently positioned just off Hamilton Avenue, beyond Morse Road, in a plaza next to an OSU medical building, Dog Spaw, and Mr. Wok, directly across from a standalone CVS.
