"Went to Prato with omni friends and was happy to see her offered a separate vegan menu. The ambience was beautiful and our server was friendly and helpful. He seemed quite knowledgeable about which items were vegan and which could appear vegan, but actually contain animal ingredients. Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered were not so great. The vegans ordered the Aloha Burger, Pretzel with Senf, Fries Sampler Basket and the Cauliflower Wings. I also asked about the vegan Greek salad, but the server said that they no longer offer this dish. For the flower wings you have a selection of about 3 vegan sauces, I chose the Mango Habañero. When we received our orders, the cauliflower “Flügel” with the Mango Habañero sauce was only damped on the side. When I asked the server why it was not baked and even showed him the picture published here, he said the dough is not vegan because it contains buttermilk. It wasn't what I expected, so I guess he took it out of the bill and I wasn't charged for it. The Aloha Burger must have been boiled on the same grill, they have cooked some kind of fish because it had a fishy taste. I don't understand most restaurants using vegan options or have a separate cooking area, but the flavors were not pleasant. The Fritten and Brezel were the usual, good and safe options. Our omni friends said their non vegan dishes were just okay. I am grateful for vegan options, but maybe the vegan menu would make for a better culinary experience. Great place. Wide selection of gluten-free products on the menu. Good drink selection. If you are in sports, there are many TVs.

Good food, takes a bit long to come out. Great drink menu. The music is turned up a bit too loud, I guess I wouldn't mind if it were my kind of music, but this is a nice place.

Great experience! Food is great, drinks are great and service is amazing. Colleen was our waitress. She was very attentive and served our food and drinks in a timely matter. We love this place!

I was here a few times and love is always something else I can get. You have a huge selection and every thing is more delicious than the next. I personally love the vegan salad and the vegan Bolognese! Prato has a great atmosphere and a beautiful outdoor dining area.

Love this place! Great vegan menu! We had the flower wings and they were delicious! The best we ever had! Full taste. I had the Aloha Burger I loved the aroma and it came with really good Jamaican Ruck Fries! Definitely come with an appetite because this burger was huge!! Personal was super friendly and the whole food was amazing .. only small problem was the drink .. Menu specified for 3-4 people that?s very questionable I would say two people .. and it was 70% ice and hardly a fleet for $45 your better get individual drinks. Update .. went back and was shocked to see actual changes .. all food was amazing and drink was made perfect .

Colleen was our waitress and she was great. We were celebrating a birthday and she made sure everything was perfect. One of our apps and entrees had some issues but Colleen made sure we were satisfied along with the entire staff. Even though the experience was not as great as we would’ve liked it to be the customer service made up for that and I will definitely be coming back to give it another try especially if we can have Colleen as our waitress
