This restaurant is great for a quick bite or lunch. They have a good selection of tasty options, although they can be a bit pricey. The smoothies are especially delicious and worth trying. Overall, a worthwhile choice for a meal on the go.

Just awesome!! DoorDash delivered the absolutely delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared Jefe Bowl, PB and chocolate smoothie and High C drink!! Too tired from work so I ordered for delivery. Could not have been better unless I'd been in the restaurant.

This restaurant is seriously underrated. The food was outstanding! We tried a bowl and a wrap, both incredibly fresh and delicious. The presentation was perfect. Perfect for those on low-carb diets and they also have Vegan options. Will definitely be returning. View menu

I was shocked how good this place was...mostly because I am not a health food kind of guy, and I have eaten at a lot of places that are similar, but they don't taste nearly as good. I would definitely recommend the Thai Chicken and Beef bowl. I hate the whole damn thing and happily. :

The BBQ Signature Bowl with Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, Green Onions, Red Peppers and Paleo BBQ was delicious and nutritious! Would definitely get it again and I look forward to try their protein shakes. My husband got the Muscle Builder Burger and added ketchup. They have plenty of condiments, but no mayo.

I ordered a basic salad without dressing as it was not included in the order. As a result, everything lacked flavor. The angus steak that accompanied the order was not as advertised, with very little meat, and the food was overpriced. The quality of the food did not justify the cost. Wanting a healthy lunch on the run, I popped into Protein House for a Mediterranean Wrap (supposedly made with Free-Range Turkey meat). However, what I had in my wrap was not turkey. It was tasteless and looked more like chunks of dog food?! A meat alternative maybe? Regardless, it was advertised as turkey--not Beyond Meat or the like. Note: My dog enjoyed it.

Finding truly clean food, without added salt, sugar, preservatives, etc., can be a challenge. This is why I rarely eat out and prefer to cook my own meals. However, I recently tried the "el jefe" at this restaurant and was pleased to find a healthy option that I would make for myself. While the prices here are a bit higher than at similar establishments, I understand that this is the cost of eating healthily. Although the dish was a bit bland for my taste, I appreciate that I can customize it to my liking. I am excited to try other items on the menu and see how they compare.

On October 12, 2021, I visited this restaurant for the first time and I am extremely pleased with my experience. There are many carb-free options available, and the staff is very friendly. The best part is that they have all the ingredients right in front of them, so when you inquire about the nutritional values of the dishes, they have the answers readily available. I had the bison burger wrapped in collard greens and a salad, both of which were delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly to medium, just as I had requested.
