"We had a 1 PM reservation for 4 people on Wed, 8/28/24. I was the 1st person to arrive at 1 PM. We looked at menus and I asked if they had any lunch specials. The waitress said No. We ordered half salads with chicken breast added. I requested bread for the table. The waitress was clearly no happy that we did not order wine. We had to ask for water refills 3 times while we were there. Lunch was delivered to our table 2 half salads with 1/2 chicken breast each. 2 salads were delivered without chicken. We requested she bring the missing chicken and bread. After about 7 minutes I went looking for the waitress. She was no where to be found. I spoke to a man in the kitchen about the missing chicken and bread. He told me he didn’t know anything about it but would get some bread ready. After about 12 minutes the waitress brought the chicken and 3 pieces of bread. There were 4 of us there for lunch. Unbelievable! When she delivered our bills we found a card inside the reads: LUNCH WINE SPECIAL: MONDAY FRIDAY 11 AM 2 PM I asked about lunch specials and she told us there were not any. Unbelievable! Lunch was a huge disappointment. I recommended Wine Dive as a good place to dine for our luncheon and I was totally embarrassed. UGH! I will NEVER recommend Wine Dive again."

"The staff were particularly sweet to my baby, allowing him to wander since the area we were seated in was quite empty. The portion sizes were impressive. The children's burrito came with fries, and the burrito itself was nearly as big as my baby’s torso, which was a nice surprise for $11. As I'm new to the area, I initially thought it was an overpriced kids' meal, considering everything tends to be pricier here. However, when it arrived, I quickly realized the value—it was massive! We even had some leftovers that could easily fill an adult. Overall, fantastic food, wonderful staff, a great atmosphere, and lively music. Another bonus: the women's restroom had a changing table, which is the ultimate convenience!"

"I spent more than $250.00 at this establishment for delivery in the last 7 days. When I complained about the Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce having no Pork all of a sudden my next delivery order received a call stating that they did not deliver that far. They had 5 orders this far for delivery!!! I had generously tipped their bike/drivers. I had also placed orders for pick-up on my way home!! Requested that the Manager give me a call back regarding the delivery order I placed tonight and he did not have the courtesy to give me a call back. The food was fine until that last dish and that is why I tried to order again and received this comment of discrimination by one of the employees at the restaurant."

"I was excited to try the food menu at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was not impressed with the dishes. My friend ordered the grouper, which I thought was lacking in flavor. I decided to try the jerk chicken, which was tasty as it was coated in a delicious jerk sauce. However, the crab dip was missing the crab. "Came, went, saw, never returning. I only gave Waka a chance since I saw a super rave review on our local Facebook group where management changed and food was excellent. Coming from someone who has been to Japan and had real sushi as well as a foodie who frequents good places in NYC, this place was a far cry to what was said. First off, we ordered foods in the sushi roll, tempura and bento sections. Every single item received was literally covered in sugar. So if you're expecting sweets as a meal, this is the spot for you. If you're craving savory, don't do it. Secondly, the review had raved about service this was basically non-existent, so not exactly sure what's going on. Either we live in an alternate universe, or weekends are not meant to be. Either way, it was uncomfortable how the waitress kept on insisting for us to order from the specials appetizers desserts when we weren't that hungry. Also trying to up-sell us or change our orders. All in all, maybe others enjoyed their time here, but I personally will not be returning. The hunt for good sushi in Westchester continues... It's 11:48am and the store hours are 11:45a-11p on Saturday. The doors are completely locked, called and got no response. Must have forgotten to come to work today. Super fail."

"First off, this is one of the Best Sushi experiences that I have had. The Omakase option is a must try. The artfulness, creativity and choice ingredients are extremely satisfying. Each piece is made with so much care and leaves you in a state of almost meditation, as you take in the experience. "Rare find in Upstate New York. The sashimi was so fresh and well prepared. The salmon was buttery and almost melted in my mouth. Their fatty tuna was equally delicious. While their sushi and sashimi are my favorite by far, their other dishes are equally wonderful. Everything I have eaten there is fresh and high quality, I recommend their coconut yellow curry, the vegetable version is my favorite, but the chicken one is delicious as well. "I tried to find an e mail to share this info discretely with the owner, but there was none on the website, so here I am. I order from Quattro regularly, I 'm generally pretty happy with a decent chicken parm and deserts, and reliably prompt delivery. Unfortunately, tonight 's chicken parm was inedible literally too tough to choke down (I tried: . It 's cooked through just fine, so it 's not the chef 's fault. I looked it up and Woody chicken is a lower quality poultry product. This place is doing OK, they just need (much better quality meat. Unfortunately, tonight I ate a $30 plate of spaghetti and a slice of carrot cake (both tasty . Oh well, can 't win them all. 3 stars I guess for now. (Note: For any chicken parm lovers out there, if you haven 't had the dish at The Palm (a higher end chain it 's so good it will change your life!"

"My husband and I LOVE trying a new steak place. We are accustomed to going out once every few months and spending a good $300+ on a good steak dinner. He found this one and we were excited for something different but man do we REGRET our decision!!!! Appetizers: The French onion soup was so gross and flavorless! They put a pile of onions and a cheese stick in beef broth and call it French onion! Stay clear of this! My husband ordered the wedge and it was decent but the smallest wedge I’ve ever seen for $20. Dinner: I ordered a fillet and for $70 you would think they would have added salt and pepper. They touted their grill they bought from Spain but they must have forgotten to buy seasoning. Not only was my steak tasteless it was cooked to almost well done. My husbands KC was so full of grisl that he could barely eat it. His was also overcooked and had no seasoning. Sides: we had the Mac and cheese, broccoli and au gratin potatoes. The only thing that was edible without salt and pepper was the mac and cheese but honestly KFC has better Mac and cheese. Not only was our food bland and overcooked but it took nearly 45 minutes to come out. We left without dessert as we couldn’t imagine spending more money when we were disappointed with every course thus far! Let’s just say it was so bad we didn’t even consider bringing the left overs home to the dog. If you are over 60 and looking for a bland meal this is your place. Young and with tastebuds stay far far away!"

"The portion sizes were absurdly small. The rolls contained very little fish, and the sashimi and sushi portions were halved and sold as two separate items. "Food was very good but service was incredibly slow and non existent. We were seated and served water right away. The waitress came by about 10 minutes later to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and for lunch 2 of us ordered wraps and one ordered a kabob. We got the appetizer about 25 minutes later with lunch 10 minutes after that. The food was good but given we met during our work lunch hour we were stressed at the end of the meal to pay and get back to the office. The restaurant was not very busy maybe 4 other tables being served so I can't say the restaurant was overwhelmed with guests that would justify, or at least explain, the incredibly slow service. Outside dining was quite nice and pleasant. Would go there again but only if I have plenty of time so as not to be stressed during my meal."

"What a fantastic place! I recently moved to the beach and was on the hunt for a healthy restaurant that won’t empty my wallet. I’ve finally found it! The prices are fantastic, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the portions are generous and fresh. The juices are also incredible. My new favorite is the Orange Zing (made with orange, carrot, and ginger). This place is definitely a must-visit if you’re in South Beach and is perfect for locals. I absolutely loved it!"
