The barbecue was quite good, and the selection of beer and bourbon was impressive. However, the staff seemed to lack knowledge about the bourbon offerings.

The meats are absolutely delicious! My favorites are the pulled pork and the brisket. I would also recommend trying the cornbread and the macaroni and cheese. Overall, I give the food a 5/5!

Let me start by saying the staff and the service is amazing.Definitely order their whiskey, they have a great collection.The brisket was super juicy ?. The hot link was good. Pull pork was also good.Their corn bread was even better than any corn bread I had in Texas.Definitely recommend and going back soon.

The food and cocktails were pretty good though on the pricey side, probably due to the location which is prime. Coming from Texas, I have high standards for BBQ. I'd go here again for apps and drinks, but probably wouldn't pay the premium for thedinner plate. The outside space is fantastic with all the downtown activity right around you.

Chose this place for dinner amongst a ton of other restaurants in the area. What a great spot to go to. I 'm very picky on my BBQ...Service was on point! Food was excellent, good flavors. I had the brisket and rib combo platter. Brisket was tender and the ribs were fall off the bone ..Varied menu choices. I had an old fashioned drink, not overpowering,very good! The sandwich is tiny for $18.00. It was supposed to come with pickles. I asked for pickles for all three of us. They brought out three little bowls of pickles and then had the nerve to say they were going to charge each of us $3 .50 but the waiter took offtwo of the three charges for pickles. The mac and cheese was dry and horrible. Beans meh. Even the margaritas did not tasteright. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

I absolutely love visiting this restaurant for the overall experience. We tried the bartender's choice whiskey tasting, and it was fantastic. Since it specializes in barbecue, the quality can vary—sometimes it's amazing, other times just good. Nonetheless, I highly recommend giving it a try. We've dined both indoors and outdoors, and both experiences were delightful. The cornbread is a must-try, and the mac and cheese is also excellent. The pulled pork, brisket, and ribs are all delicious as well.

We've walked by this place a few times and finally decided to stop and try it. We were not disappointed. I was hungry so I ordered a lot of food knowing that I would be taking some home. The Dog City Dog was outstanding. I liked the cornbread and the Mac and Cheese as well. The service was prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something different in downtown Mountain View.My partner had the grilled cheese sandwich and a salad since she is a vegetarian and she was impressed. The menu has a lot of pork but there are also some chicken and beef options. We didn't try any of the whiskey or bourbon since neither of us drink alcohol but if that is your thing... View menu
