"I don’t live in Goshen, but I’m there with some regularity to visit family. Common Spirits is the place to go for snacks and cocktails! Literally, there aren’t any others. But the cocktails I’ve had were fantastic, even for a city-boy like me. Last week I had a Christmas cocktail that had sherry vinegar in it. And it was absolutely delicious. It may be a little frightening for the average Goshenite, but once you get over the barrier of unfamiliar menu items, you’ll never go elsewhere while you’re in town."

"We decided to try Miso Japan recently instead of going to our usual Japanese place, and unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be back. I don’t know if this is how it always is, but the night we were there it smelled awful in the dining room like sewer water or something. My husband got the orange chicken—it just didn’t have much flavor and was very salty. We both got the onion soup and it was good. I got a sushi roll. It was good, though on the menu it said it would have shrimp tempura, crab, and salmon, but when it came to the table there was no salmon to be found. Probably the biggest positive was that all the staff were friendly, but still, without a good food and dining experience it’s not enough to bring us back."

"This beautiful lady for dinner for Mother's Day. This was our first time here. The service was impeccable. Our water glasses have never emptied. Our server was understandable via the menu and was completely versed how to answer questions about what we could enjoy. We decided to share the participants we ordered. For the starter we ate the crabbel Manchego Dip. We went with Jaes Salad and the Ribeye for Entrees. Ribeye was perfectly cooked. The salad seemed a little spicy for the price, but was delicious. And for Dessert we did the key white chocolate cake. It was light, fluffy and perfect. Order the Mojito if you are in alcoholic beverages. There's a mojito everywhere. But that was the best I had. My wife took mine, it was so good. Great experience, great atmosphere. Will return."

"I've always enjoyed The Brew, but my last two visits have raised some concerns about the service. During my most recent visit, I ordered the chicken waffle sandwich to go, but when I got home, I discovered they had substituted sausage for the chicken without informing me. I understand if they ran out of chicken, but they should have let me know. This time, I ordered a keto bowl and settled down to work. With only three other customers in the place, it wasn't exactly busy. After 20 minutes, my beeper hadn’t gone off, so I went to the counter to check on my order, only to find it sitting cold there. I’ll likely return for coffee, but I may hold off on ordering food for a while."

"This is my new favorite restaurant in Goshen. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Dishes were cleared quickly, my drink was never empty, the food was awesome, and the staff were always smiling. One staff member that made our night was Rhonda. That woman is an amazing hostess! She was constantly busy and did every job out on that floor. She was incredibly sweet and made us feel like we were family! I will come back just to see her contagious smile!"
