"I really don't often give one star to anything because I feel there is usually a redeeming quality but this Quickly truly has none. I was in the area after working all day and hadn't had anything to eat or drink so I was desperate to not go into a hypoglycemic crisis. Luckily I saw the Quickly. But I guess it was not so lucky. The guy behind the counter was not nice at all, barking at me to give him my order. The boba was gross. Mango stars were not stars and were shreds of jelly and were mushy. The milk tea was just okay. My partner thought his tasted rotten but we think it was just the terrible boba. I won't ever come here ever again."

The restaurant was dirty, and the customer service was extremely lacking. The drinks were diluted, and the boba was incredibly stale. My friends and I certainly won't be coming back. Save your time and money and choose a different place! View menu

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing! They forgot to include the churro and sides with my order. While they did agree to send the churro separately, which I appreciated, the waffle was underwhelming and the egg puffs were tough.

I don't recommend this place. I ordered the ché quickly special because I was craving something refreshing . The drink looked good when I got it but was immediately disappointed when I got home. The coconut juice tasted old, the longan looked dark and tasted very bitter.

The restaurant is decent—adequate but not exceptional, earning a solid B grade. The boba drinks are consistent, and it seems to cater to the Asian American community efficiently. My coworkers and I love to splurge with boba. It's our guilty pleasure! The Thai milk tea and rose milk tea were excellent! I'm a big fan of floral flavors like rose, but it can be a hit or miss in a lot of cases, but I was pretty happy with the turnout. I'll definitely try other flavors as well. The only miss was the mozzarella sticks. They were like warm when we got them.

Drinks and food are delicious!!!However, don’t like it when prices are different via location. Q at Milpitas for popcorn chicken rice bowl is $7.50. Q at eastridge is $8.99! Wth?! Not cool!
