"Booked this place specifically when to did to get happy hour deals, and were told upon arrival that there was no happy hour available since we were there the weekend BEFORE the Superbowl. The manager did give us 15% off food (not drinks though) after we expressed our frustration. Service was a little slow. Server did not know what drinks were on tap, and was not a clear communicator. The food was excellent."

Bit of a wait for services, prices seems a little high but expected for on the strip I suppose. View menu

Happy hour was a great time to get something tasty for a nice discount! Really solid less traditional maki options too that were a lot of fun.

This was our second visit and we loved it, the dishes are of great quality and beautifully presented. A very good and affordable choice in Las Vegas. Thank you.

I have dined at multiple RA Sushi locations, but this particular one was my least favorite. The service was slow and the food was mediocre, with the tuna sashimi being fibrous. I do not plan on returning to this location. View menu

We were seated at our table for 30 minutes without a waitress, water, or drink orders. A hostess or waitress came up and unapologetically informed us that they were really backed up and they would get to us when they got to us. We left.

I had a wonderful experience at this sushi restaurant. They offered traditional rolls for those who prefer classic options, as well as unique dishes for more adventurous diners. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The prices were reasonable for a location on the main strip, and we were able to take advantage of their happy hour specials during our visit.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
