"A friend and I visited for brunch during restaurant week, and we had a fantastic experience. Unlike some other places, the restaurant week brunch menu included both a starter and a main course, which made it well worth the price. The staff was very accommodating, even swapping my poached egg for a fried one, and they were all friendly. The bottomless mimosas were a highlight and definitely didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and we met some great people. With multiple TVs and a full bar, it's an ideal spot for catching a game. I highly recommend it!"

The menu is limited, and the server seemed unable to provide information about the dishes. However, the music was enjoyable.

I enjoy the ambiance of this place but I don’t understand why they can’t split checks. We put two cards down and they told us they couldn’t do that. It’s 2023..

We were in town celebrating a birthday and I decided to book this place for Brunch. Everyone loved it. Drinks were delicious and the beignets were fresh and hot! Highly recommend

I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends. We arrived early for our reservation and the staff kindly accommodated us in the bar area until our table was ready for 10. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. View menu

We made a late dinner reservation, (10:15) when we arrived we were told we had to sit at the bar and that we could only order from the late night menu, sliders and fries basically...it was fine, but I wish we knew when making the reservation that it was not a true dinner reservation we were making.

I was a bit disappointed in my visit today. The fried pickles and cheese curds, which we ordered for the table, was mostly fried bits of pickle. There was hardly any cheese curds or actual slices of pickles. I've included a photo after we each had taken a few pieces. I ordered the egg white omelette which was good, a touch oily, but the cheese and veggies were tasty. The speaker above where we were seated clearly needs to be fixed. It had horrible distortion in the bass. The music selection was great!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
