"Oh my gosh, let me tell you! You know how fried food can get soggy when you take it to go? Well, that’s not the case here! I think it’s because they prioritize the meat over the outer crust. I had the pork curry katsu, and it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be going back – no extra toppings necessary; it was just that good and worth every penny. I arrived to pick it up just five minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and then I wandered around for another 20-30 minutes before I actually ate it, but it was still fantastic! I’m a big fan of okonomiyaki, so I really recommend this place. The cabbage flavor is spot on, and that’s truly the best part. I can’t wait to eat here again!"

So rare to find Okonomiyaki and it was delicious. Cheese gyoza also good and fun. I'll be back!!

Tried the Shoyu ramen and pork buns. Both were super tasty. The pork buns were especially delicious. Everything was well packaged.

Would give a 10/5 if I could. The staff were among the nicest I've seen and the decor is amazing. Some of the best food in the City!

The Berkshire Pork Katsu Curry came in generous portions, while the Plain Okonomiyaki was even larger and surprisingly delicious despite its simplicity. View menu

The order was not fully completed they did not put the soda I ordered. They don't accept any calls only email. Really disappointed can't even tell them they messed up my order.

The curry was quite good. I enjoyed Coco Ichibanya when I visited LA, and I was searching for a similar curry place in NY, so I'm glad I found it. The packaging was thoughtfully done, keeping the curry and chicken katsu separate to prevent sogginess.

The food was quite average. The takoyaki had an unusual tough exterior, the chicken katsu was rather oily, and the curry was nothing to write home about. If you happen to be in the area, it's okay to stop by, but when it comes to katsu, I definitely prefer Katsu Hama. On the plus side, they do offer a free shot of sake or Calpico if you make a reservation. View menu

I visited this restaurant on Saturday around 5 PM with my partner for some delicious katsu. The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was quite good. However, we encountered a small issue: there was a hair in my partner's chicken katsu. It was embedded in the breading, so it definitely didn’t belong to either of us. We chose not to raise a complaint as we didn’t want to create a scene or spoil our evening. Unfortunately, my partner couldn't finish her meal because of it. Overall, the place is lovely and the food tasty, but they may need to take extra care to prevent such incidents. It's truly unfortunate.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with my friends. Dai provided exceptional service, and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere was lively yet not overly noisy. There was a fantastic selection of sake, and the small plates and entrees were not only delicious but also generous enough to share among four hungry adults. My personal favorite was the baked curry—rich, buttery, and cheesy without being too heavy. The pickles that came on the side were so tasty that we ended up asking for extra. Overall, I highly recommend bringing friends who enjoy quality sake and good food for a delightful outing.
