Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Gave the wrong order and refused to correct it. It was a drive through order

Delicious food! Excellent customer service! The bathrooms and dining area are clean too!

Wish they served dark meat pieces. Tired of hearing the jingle from a machine before talking g to a person.

The service at this place was the best, I ate fried chicken and I really loved it, very juicy and well cooked

The chicken strips were Amazing!! The best I've had so far. The batter was crispy, but chicken was tender. We dined in. The eating area was super clean... the team members were friendly and the service was quick.

Waited 20 minutes, didn 't get my food. Was told my order must have been bumped When asking for a refund was instead offered a gift card for the meal value, as if I would want to come back and try again. Probably for the best since they had two people come back with undercooked fries while I waited.

I visit this Cane's location at least once a week, and I'm always impressed by the food and the friendly staff! Today, after a long day at work, I went through the drive-thru and the person who took my order—who I believe was the manager—was so enthusiastic that they made me laugh after a rough day. When I reached the window to pay, I mentioned my bad day, and the manager came back to say, “I heard you're having a bad day,” and surprised me with a Cane's dog! I couldn't believe it—I started crying from joy. I truly hope this location sees this review because that manager deserves a raise. I give them a million out of ten! View menu
