"A great address to know! It's been 4 times since I eat in this restaurant and I'm delighted every time by the quality of service and dishes. Everything's home. Even the gressin served with the apéro boards (I felt it on the leaf! The cocktails are top (and made according to the rules of art, the wine nothing to say, and the delicious and delicate cuisine, I treat myself every time! When you arrive in the evening, the terrace is all lit up is really magical and top as a welcome, winter as summer. For a romantic evening, it makes its little effect! Small flat, the weekend or the days of affluence the service is a little longer so you have to plan the time and be cool. The presses that want to eat quickly make your way. At the same time everything is done at home and the boss assures service almost to her alone! It is also at small care with customers and very welcoming. Excellent and professional service. When it is calm the timing is impeccable, neither too long nor too fast. We are allowed time to enjoy while listening so that the dishes are smoothly connected. For me a VRAI resto as we find unfortunately less and less, where everything is done with passion and it feels! An address I highly recommend!"

"C'est une adresse où l'on prend toujours plaisir à s'y retrouver.Côté ambiance déco, c'est chaleureux, des jeux en bois flamands sont à dispositions. Les lieux sont soignés et propres ( ça semble évident et pourtant il faut le préciser, nous avons récemment visité un établissement "sale" ).Côté fourneaux, les produits sont cuisinés et ça se sent ! Ici pas de barquette industrielle repassée au micro-ondes, même la mayo est maison. Les grands classiques sont présents, et maîtrisés, à cela s'ajoute un plat du moment. Les prix sont à la juste mesure de la qualité des produits proposés. Élément important d'un estaminet, les bières! Les pompes sont bien choisies. Notamment la bière du moment.Enfin le service, toujours souriant et attentif.Conclusion, si vous ne passez pas devant, faites le détour."

"The dishes offered invariably follow the cycle of the seasons and magnify with delicacy and subtlety the products of Northern France. Everything except the salt is sourced from local farmers is organic and of the food is vegetarian. over, Ladeyn is on a mission...to make avant-garde dining affordable. That is why the restaurant has cut down on frills like menu cards and table cloths, and multicourse meals start from as low as twenty euros. Here dining is full of surprises when you enter the restaurant, you have no idea what you are going to eat. You just tell your dietary requirements and let the magician chef enchant you with his culinary wonders. My second course consists of a locally grown cabbage-like green vegetable called Kohlrabi stuffed with goat cheese and served in a fennel sauce with a delicate garnishing of the elderflowers. The next two courses familiarise me with the seasonal veggies of the region –the tender green asparagus served with fermented verbena juice followed by grilled Zucchini and sage. The main course is a tender blend of flavours in the form of grilled lettuce, white asparagus garnished with sunflower seeds. One of the most innovative feasts of my life was concluded with an exceptional of rhubarb, juniper berries and wood sorrel. Dining at Auberge du Vert Mont in Boeschepe is a culinary experience of a lifetime wonderful mix of textures and tastes!"

"Excellente adresse nichée dans un joli coin de campagne verdoyante. Découvert l'endroit un peu par hasard sans jamais en avoir entendu parler, mais quelle agréable surprise ; il ne manque rien. Superbe vue sur la nature à partir de la terrasse, intérieur décoré avec goût, service rapide et efficace, ambiance sympa. Nous avons opté pour les moules du chef... Réelle découverte pour cette recette originale et un vrai régal. Une chose est sûre : nous reviendrons, mais ça ne sera plus par hasard."

Welcome and service, professional and caring, by a lady, with an offbeat sense of humor, shelled on the outside but kind on the inside. We honor the traditional and generous cuisine of the place.... Naturally we start with a gently bitter local beer... Then a well-cooked and tasty marrow bones...followed by a knob of pork joy confit in red beer, tender and melting, accompanied by tasty and crunchy fries.....to finish with a brioche, exquisite and crispy . It 's hard to leave this den of fraudsters with its friendly and comforting atmosphere, enhanced by a warm and pleasant decor. A good memory that we will remember."
