"This past Friday night my family and I went out to eat at this restaurant for my mother’s birthday. We ordered an appetizer, drinks as well as our food. We received our food before the appetizer and I assume the waitress didn’t even put the appetizer in. So I just told her to take the appetizer off the bill. My family and I ordered two steaks Medium, one steak medium well, and the other well done. Our steaks came out medium well for the two that ordered medium. Then my daughter received well done instead of medium well and the one that ordered well done received a steak that was medium well. Each steak was $60 each so you would expect that it would be prepared the way you wanted it. After telling the waitress she blamed the people who brought the steaks which wasn’t their fault it was the one who clearly cooked the steaks. Then the waitress avoided us like the plague. The manager came out and apologized she was very nice and gave us one steak to take home with two desserts. They brought the dessert out and she came right behind them with another dessert because they brought out the wrong one. This was my first experience going to this restaurant and after paying over $200 for a meal my family and I didn’t nget what we paid for. We will not ever go back to this restaurant. I hope no one has to experience what we did at this restaurant."

"Lunch was good and served fast. Decent sized shrimp and hot tasty bread sticks. Refills were always on time. Service was great. The environment needs attention. The bathroom is in poor shape and had some kind of perma-puddle in the floor. The carpet smells like ancient restaurant funk. Corporate needs to put some effort into a PROFRESSIONAL deep clean (hire a company. don't make back-of-house and servers come in at 6AM to scrub). Replace the grimy fixtures and rip out that nasty carpet. I am sure the kitchen is worse."

"I rarely leave restaurant reviews but feel like I need to stop everything to leave one for Bodega in Wake Forest. My husband and I ate dinner there last night and the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing! We shared six small plates and a dessert and this was plenty of food for us. The wait staff was so attentive. The ambience was cozy and dark but not stuffy. I cannot remember a time where I have left a restaurant and just felt wowed . We compared it to another recent restaurant experience where we paid a similar amount (for very sub-par food) and decided we would never go to that restaurant again. Bodega has really moved the bar for us. Please support this restaurant as it is so apparent that their food is crafted to perfection."

"The food was outstanding! The owner was on-site and assisted me with my order, showing excellent management of the restaurant. Pam, a customer service representative, checked in on us and even gave us some samples. I’m not typically a fan of Baklava, but theirs was exceptional! I’m originally from Flint, MI, and I truly hope to come back here. My girlfriend, who’s from Fayetteville and tends to be a bit picky with her food, loved it as well—she even went back for seconds! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!"

"Slow service. The staff claimed they were backed up. There were a lot of people waiting inside the restaurant to pick up their orders. The app said my order would be ready at 7:05pm. Instead, I waited until 7:30pm. The restaurant could have provided complimentary drinks to the waiting customers. But they made us wait hungry and thirsty. To add insult to injury, the staff couldn’t speak English properly. When my order finally arrived, they insisted that I provide my name before they would give it to me. They butchered my name with their atrocious pronunciation. I will not be coming back and I will not recommend this place."
