"We visited Las Vegas and since I'm Honduran my husband wanted to surprise me taking me to a Honduran restaurant so he found Rincon Catracho in the internet. We got there, and a young lady said we had to wait, so we sat on the chair at the entrance. So many people came in and they were given a table right away while we were waiting. We waited... Waited... And no one never came to tell us it was going to be out time so we left after 40 minutes wait . Their customer service sucks! Avoid going there."

Food is always good. Outside the restaurant is a little getto and a lot of homeless hang outside. But it's not bad once you are inside.Food: 5/5

I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant. The service is very disappointing. The so-called manager, Jackie, is rude and clearly unsuited for a role in customer service. The food is excessively greasy, and the treatment of guests is unsatisfactory. Overall, I'd give the food a rating of 1 out of 5.

The food was excessively greasy, and it made me feel nauseous just an hour after eating. If you enjoy waiting, you’ll find yourself waiting about 30 minutes for your food to arrive. I haven't experienced such a bad case of diarrhea in a long time. I definitely don't recommend this place—it's better to spend your money elsewhere. View menu

We visited Rincon Catracho because it advertised honduran cuisine. We were disappointed with their options finding nothing trueHonduran. It caters more toward Salvadoran. My husband is honduran and was excited with anticipation and was very disappointed. We have no complaint about the food served or the service. Just that it wasn't Honduran as expected.

The food is delicious, and I must commend the chef. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected in October 2022. Unfortunately, I'll be moving to a different area of Las Vegas soon, but I truly enjoyed the wonderful meals during the time I lived nearby. I might return occasionally when I can. The waitstaff is very friendly, and the service is quick once you're seated. I had the opportunity to take my friend with me, and he loved it as well.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
