"I have gone here for years and my family and I have always loved it and the service....recently haven't been there in a while and had the worst drive through experience ever!! One of the lady's that took my order was horribly rude, and had a loud tone to her voice for no apparent reason? Maybe she was having a bad morning...I'm not sure but it was really weird, I actually didn't want to get our food from there because of her bad energy.....it's really sad that you can go somewhere and love the service and all that goes completely out the window because of one bad apple......be careful getting food there unfortunately because something isn't right there these day's."

These might be the best tasting breakfast burritos I've ever had! Great value! Will definitely order again.

Was back in Cali for a wedding. I told my family we have to go to Roberto's if we don't do anything else. They agreed and Roberto's came through yet again!

I've been complaining to Roberto's for 50 years and it's always been awesome. Machaca torta, carne asada burrito, rolled tacos and chicken tacos are the bomb

I can't believe how long I've been living next to this hidden gem. I felt compelled to write a review since this is my third time going through the menu, and the food has consistently been amazing! This morning, the woman at the window was especially sweet when I placed my order. The customer service is fantastic, and the food is even better! View menu

This place is ok, service is decent most of the time except for the tatted up girl who constantly gave attitude and got order wrong but haven't seen her in a while so I'm not sure she works here anymore. They open around 7am which is inconvenient for anyone who wants a breakfast burrito and works earlier than that. Overall good food although a little pricey.

I had a really disappointing experience! I ordered four dishes through Uber Eats, and none of them had any flavor. The rice had a strange smell, reminiscent of Play-Doh, and the beef looked a light brown, similar to pinto beans. Typically, I can mask tasteless food with hot sauce, but this was so unappetizing that I might just end up throwing it out. It was incredibly disappointing and an embarrassment to Mexican cuisine. Food rating: 1/5.

This is a drive through. We had a shredded beef crispy taco with guacamole. It was delicious: crispy, not greasy, and fresh taco shell, flavorful shredded beef and absolutely delicious guacamole with no fillers! One of best in S.D. county. When in North Park, we will return! We'lll probably order a full order of guacamole!Parking: This Roberto's has no or very limited parking in their lot aside from that for employees.. You'll need to park elsewhere to enjoy your food. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that there was trash outside by the back door next to the drive-thru. Additionally, parking was a challenge; there were no available spots, even on the side streets. As for vegetarian options, I enjoyed a bean and cheese burrito and a cheese quesadilla, which left me feeling happy and satisfied! Unfortunately, I had to park a block away since there was no parking available.

Some of the best tacos in San Diego, but only this location! Food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the folks working there are friendly. Line moves pretty fast and honestly, we like to go when there's a line because then the food is ultra fresh!! There's a small area for eating but completely outside with no cover, plus parking isn't ideal best to drive through or walk up then take it elsewhere. Every other Roberto's is subpar, so don't let an experience at a different site dissuade you.

"I adore this restaurant. Golden Hill is filled with many many quality eateries, and Counterpoint anchors the neighborhood with it's fun atmosphere and dedication to quality. They recently renovated and the new space is open, airy and provides a variety of seating options: bar seating, restaurant seating, and upper balcony (I use this as a quiet place to WFH during the week), and an outdoor patio. I'm partial to the biscuit and gravy for breakfast, but the brined chicken and waffles or breakfast hash always makes me smile and sends me unto the world with a better outlook on life and a doggie bag. When it's hot, delicious crunchy salads are on the lunch menu and the craft beers and unique slushy flavors change. Counterpoint takes the quality of food and libations seriously. The craft cocktails rotate as the bartenders are encouraged to explore and grow. The owner and team are always warm, welcoming and make sure you have a good experience. Did I mention they are DOG friendly? Definitely worth the trip up the hill from downtown if you're looking to wind down after an event or precharge and eat before a baseball game. I love to bring my friends for a snack (try the olive selection) and chat on a twilight night. Space heaters outside if you get cold. Fans inside if you get warm. Honestly if you live in or are visiting the 92102 area code you should go to Counterpoint: good food, really good cocktails, and great company. It is clear that this establishment cares about quality, cares about your comfort and loves if you have a good time."
