"I recently had a wonderful experience at Thundercloud. The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Not long ago, I got home and placed a classic club sandwich on the kitchen counter. Just a moment later, while I was letting my dog inside, her brother jumped up and snatched it off the counter, dropping it to the floor. When I returned to Thundercloud to ask for a replacement sandwich due to the incident with my dog, they kindly made me a new one and, despite my attempts to pay for it, refused to charge me. This kind of generosity, along with their great food and attention to hygiene, makes this place truly special."

Excellent food with attentive and friendly staff. Everything is prepared fresh to your specifications. The atmosphere is casual and the prices are quite reasonable. I had the Tuna Salad Classic Sub on wheat, and it was amazing. My family ordered three other sandwiches and loved them all. I would consider this my 'primary ' thundercloud that I frequent the most when I am craving that good ol classic tuna sandwich or my second favorite which is their Frito Pie! They can get quite busy and can be up to 25/30min for even just 1 sandwich--the online orders definitely gets them backed up which is out of their control. Once in a blue moon a 'newbie ' will completely screw up your order, but nothing that should be world ending. It 's a sandwich...not a 5 star luxury restaurant

'That was SOOO GOOOOOD ' my wife.... love me some Thundercloud. This location has surprisingly easy/good parking for the location right on Riverside, enter on Burton. Aaron and John were great, top notch. The sandwich was fantastic, my wife always gets the NY Italian. I usually get the Office Favorite but went for the Ladybird, the new sandwich. OMG delicious! I did the avocado on the side so She could have it, Aaron offered Mustard/Mayo instead. Jalapeños and chicken salad, amazing! Sorry for the pictures, I already half. View menu

I've visited this place three times now, and it's truly a hidden gem. The food quality and service are hard to find elsewhere in the area. The sandwich chefs take great care in crafting each sandwich. I really appreciate the attitude of the staff, especially during busy times; it's always worth the short wait. I can't wait for my fourth sandwich! The fritz pie was a delightful and affordable surprise—a perfect light meal. Thank you for adding that to the menu! Great job, Thundercloud! I will definitely be returning frequently. Love you guys!
