"The service was outstanding, and there was plenty of staff on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. The pizza was extraordinary, made with fresh ingredients that truly set it apart from typical chain pizzas like Domino's. If you're a fan of Domino's, you might not enjoy this pizza, as it offers genuine flavor and real cheese that is rich and full of taste, along with proper seasoning. The dough is freshly made, not frozen like at Domino's and many other pizza places, and that freshness makes a significant difference. I was pleasantly surprised, reminiscent of the Rosati's in my Chicago neighborhood. Every item on the menu is equally impressive."

This is my absolute favorite type of pizza in the country. Tavern 18-inch pizza is out of this world! I would give it a perfect 10/10.

I recently ordered from Rosati's via Grub Hub, and I have to say, their thin crust tavern-style pizza was a wonderful taste of Chicago right here in N...

This is the best pizza I've ever had! The toppings reach almost all the way to the edges, and the thin crust is absolutely fantastic. There's truly nothing else like it.

Great family atmosphere. The Chicago style was fantastic, really delicious. The woman working was really nice and helped us decide on a proper size for two people pizza. The 12' Chicago is enough for two people plus leftovers! View menu

The pizza was outstanding! I ordered takeout and had never tried Chicago-style pizza before, though I’ve always wanted to. We chose the Meat Classic and the Margherita with sauce. Both exceeded my expectations. They were large, thick, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely order from here again!

Everyone says their local pizza place is the best. But I am telling you, their fried mushrooms are amazing and well as their pizza. Always delivered with a smile. If you pick up, they are positive and helpful. Even though they are short staffed, I’ve never had a delay on my order. The pizza is fresh and authentic. Just try it and you will be hooked.

OMG!!!! Never had pizza this outrageously good! We could only eat one piece each because it’s so thick. It’s Chicago styled pizza pie! We also ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks but they were actually no warm at all. I still rate Rosati’s a 5! We highly recommend this place! We are The Couch Couple coming to a podcast near you soon! Have a great day and don’t eat too much! : View menu

I ordered the 16” Chicago Deep Dish and 10 boneless wings. The wings were split between two flavors, and both were fantastic. These boneless wings are large and packed with meat. The Chicago Deep Dish was enormous! I thought a 12” would be too small for just two people, but I was completely mistaken. Even with the 12”, we would have leftovers, but with our 16”, we have leftovers for days! The flavor was wonderful, and the thick slices were impressive! The presentation was also really nice. Our delivery driver, Jeff L., was quick, friendly, and entertaining. Thank you all!

The pizza was absolutely fantastic, and in fact may be the best pizza I've eaten, or very close to it, and I've eaten many pizzas over more than 60 years. The only reason why I didn't rate five stars is that the app has significant room for improvement. I ordered for curbside pickup, and responded via the app upon arrival, but it said I already picked up my pizza so it was never brought to my car. I had to go into the restaurant and explain to them that no, I hadn't picked it up, and in fact was sitting on the to-go shelf waiting for me for over 10 minutes. For the high price of a good pizza the service should be better. Fix this, please!

"Our family has been ordering home delivery from this 54th Street location for over a year now and we have never had an issue with delivered food. My kids love the street kid burgers and waffle fries. Other household favorites include the burgers, steaks, gyro, and gringo dip. We've eaten at location twice. The location is about what you would expect from current day sports leaning bars. Lots of TVs, especially around the bar, an eclectic mix of memorabilia on the walls, and Americana leaning music, mostly country and classic Rock with the random top 40 from fifteen years ago mixed in.The first time the service was good. There was a slight mix up when our steak came out and I received another customer's well done steak, and he received my medium steak. The server noticed the mix up immediately and took both steaks back immediately. We were a few tables apart under the same server in the same section. Mistakes happen, the steak was re made, and it turned out tasty. Slight inconvenience but overall the food was good, service was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about. The manager came by and apologized all over himself, but we assured him everything was okay, that it was just a mistake, etc. We were not unhappy at all and the manager was very apologetic. Our must recent trip we were seated under a very attentive server. She took our order promptly, made sure we always had drinks more than half full on the table, and was very quick to remedy any minor issues. Unfortunately the quality of the steak on this trip was just not good. I'm not sure if the restaurant has made any alterations to the recipes being used to prep meat in the kitchen, but there was an overwhelming, unpleasant smoke flavor to the steak. I hesitated to send the steak back, but the server insisted another steak be cooked. I do not like to send food back, I apologized for inconveniencing her and the kitchen, but the smoke flavor was so overwhelming the steak was really inedible. When the steak was replaced it was cooked closer to order temperature and the flavor was a little less smokey, but still undesirably strong. It was good enough to eat most of and we took the leftovers home. After warming the remainder to eat at home it was quite rare on the end that was left uneaten in the restaurant. The steak was ordered medium and after reheating at home there were dark red areas in the middle of the steak. The overall texture was also not great, nearly like it was steamed and the sear was non existent. The server was, again, awesome. She apologized, informed the manager, discussed a course of action with the kitchen, and did her best to make it right. But at the end of the day the steak was just disappointing. I had hoped the manager would stop by so I could ask what changed regarding the steak preparation, but at no point did he stop by our table. Gringo dip was still great, my husband enjoyed his gyro, but the steak was a giant disappointment.Overall, despite the great service, the food being sub par at a restaurant (and in this economy) makes me think we should try another local steak and burger joint. : sad to say because we had really grown to like this place."

"For our anniversary dinner, which we had booked weeks in advance, we were seated at a cramped and noisy bar table. The only acknowledgment of our special occasion came from the host. We ordered the market price for a pound of crab, only to find that I received perhaps three ounces of meat from a single claw. Their response to our dissatisfaction was a mere $25 refund. I've never felt so disregarded, even at chain restaurants. My husband and I enjoy discovering new places to celebrate our anniversary, and we'd been eager to try Urban Grill. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found our reservation table was a small bar top for two, which I dislike, especially on such an occasion. Despite this setback, we tried to make the best of it. The host acknowledged our anniversary, but that was the last notable gesture. Our server Debra was friendly and attentive, and the food was indeed good. My husband enjoyed the lamb and the "little piggy" drink. I ordered the surf and turf, featuring filet and Alaskan king crab. While the filet was excellent and perfectly cooked, the crab was disappointing—just one long claw with maybe 2-3 ounces of meat. The sides were delicious, and we enjoyed the apple fritters and crème brûlée as well. However, when we received the bill, my surf and turf cost $105. The filet itself was listed at around $39, meaning we paid over $60 for a meager amount of king crab. For the same price elsewhere, I've had far larger portions. The market price for crab is listed at $69.99 for a full serving, so it felt like we were charged an excessive markup. In summary, while the food was tasty, the steep prices, uncomfortable seating, and lack of meaningful acknowledgment for our anniversary left us unimpressed. Unfortunately, due to these factors, we won’t be returning."
