"The food was excellent, with both dishes being flavorful and served in generous portions. The customer service was outstanding—friendly and professional. My only concern with this restaurant is the cleanliness of the dining area, particularly the salsa station. I understand that things can get hectic, but I noticed two different employees walked by, acknowledged its condition, yet did nothing about it, even while one was busy wiping down tables. It's not a major issue, but it does detract from the overall experience and is an easy fix."

This is one of the few spots in the Inland Empire where you can enjoy fish tacos any day of the week. Pair a beer with your fish taco plate for an even better experience! Plus, they have the best salsa bar in the area—other restaurants should take note. Great job, Rubio's! View menu

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this place! The whole place is very dirty, dirty gross rags I could see under the counter as I was getting my soda and the soda area is filthy, the sauce area was filthy also, this stor needs a deep clean, so grossed I didn’t even eat my food I threw it away!

I ordered the fish taco especial and was not disappointed. It was a hearty taco and the fish was pleasantly crispy. In addition, I ordered the chips (something I've never done before). I was in love. They were light and crunchy and just the right amount of salt. Also, the fish in the fish taco was light and cruchy, too. So happy with everything that day.
