"This place is the original destination for fish tacos in Southern California, the very first location of the franchise. The staff is typical of a fast-food establishment, but they are dedicated and friendly in their service. Prices have increased, as with many things in 2022, and while the portion sizes are decent, they aren't exceptional. That said, my original fish taco was a satisfying size and quite fulfilling. These days, you can find more artisanal fish tacos throughout San Diego, but Rubio's remains one of the best options for fish tacos even after all these years."

One of the best Rubio's locations! I mean it. Great location, many tables outside. There are parking spots. Close to PB. Super delicious food! Can't wait to come back for another taco or 5

This is not your usual rubio’s chain restaurant. This was more like a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with great authentic food. They have great food plus a really extensive salsa bar that has different salsa flavors that pair well with specific dishes. View menu

I've been visiting this Rubio's for as long as I can remember, and it's truly my favorite location. I absolutely love their tacos, especially the coastal trio bomb, and I find that everything else on the menu is consistently delicious. I often place my orders for pickup through the app, and the entire process is always quick and hassle-free.

This Rubio's has seen significant improvement! The new manager, Issac, is doing an excellent job. Everything from the consistency of the food to the quality of customer service has gotten better. I'm really happy I don't have to drive farther to get my Rubio's fix at other locations. Thank you, Issac, for setting the standard for what Rubio's should be!
