"The doors should have been the first clue. They're heavy and difficult to open, as though they're trying to deter you from eating here. The smell should have been the second clue. It smells like your great aunt's house when she fried something weeks ago. The stale oil smell lingers. The service wasn't great either. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there, and then after we were seated, it took a long time for our server to take our order.Salad and baked potatoes were our lunch order. I had to pick through gross looking spinach to get something nice looking at the salad bar. The potatoes came out with at least a week's worth of salt on the skin.In the restroom, I had to scrub the seat so I had a clean place to do my business (this could be considered a customer problem, but when urine is dried on the seat like that, I think it's fair to say it's an employee problem). This place is tired. But the good news: there were lots of seats open for lunch."

Service is not great. Food was ok. Good for a quick meal, if staying at nearby hotel.

The restaurant was busy during lunchtime, but the service was still good. The food was delicious, but the salad bar was only average.

In terms of dietary restrictions, this restaurant definitely has options for all types of restrictions. I was impressed with their consideration in this regard.

The salad bar continues to set this restaurant apart. We noticed a new menu since our last visit, with more choices and higher prices. The service was slow but friendly. Overall, it has become a more costly dining experience. View menu

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and took a quick walk over to Ruby Tuesdays.... Great service and amazing drinks... Yummy ?. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich. The barque sauce is good on the food and fries. We would definitely stop by again.

Love ruby Tuesdays. I wish they had more around. We travel 30 minutes to come here because we love having salad bar option with meal. Just sad that times have caused the increase to add to a meal up to 5.99 now. Staff was great, friendly sweet and energetic!Food: 5/5

It wasnt bad. This one re opened the salad bar which was a plus. The food was edible. Personally, the cheese steak was flavorless and the tots were dry. It seems like the food sat under the warmer too long because the cheese was just sitting on top.The atmosphere was welcoming tho. View menu

Our waitress was super great today. We had a long day and stopped by for dinner. She was attentive, nice and happy. It's nice to have a dinning experience like that. Food was delicious!! Brisket tacos and the melts!!OMG so good!! My son loved his kids mac and cheese and the other son have the chicken mac and cheese. Salad bar was definitely a high light for all of us. Thanks for a relaxing delicious meal tonight!

After a long week at a hectic job, all I wanted was a nice meal and time to relax with my family. Yet I got so much more! To start, the evening manager arrived to work while we were looking over the menu. Before he even started his shift, he personally came over to assure us he was going to see what he can do to make our visit memorable!I believe his name was Ryan. Then, what can I say of our server, Krista??? She was promt, attentive, made excellent suggestions, and truly went above and beyond! With staff members like these 2, we will definitely be back!

"The first time I went here during Restaurant Week on a date with my significant other, I thought the atmosphere was great, the food wasn’t too bad, and the drinks were made very well. In fact, we liked this restaurant so much that we suggested having a company party here so others could try it, as well. Needless to say, that was a horrible idea. As we learned, this restaurant doesn’t know how to accomodate large parties. Our party included about 11 adults and we had made reservations at least two weeks in advance, maybe more. We willingly changed our reservation time to a later time to better accomodate the restaurant and they still did an awful job at accomodating us. They have a party room, but we were not offered to sit in there despite the fact that it was empty when we got there- and still empty when we left. When we got there, our table wasn’t ready and what they finally arranged for us was cramped and uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be able to talk with the rest of the people sitting at the table; however, it wasn’t really possible given the seating arrangements. As far as the food was concerned, the tuna tartare appetizer was the standout of the evening, and everything else was sort of mediocre. I ordered salmon and it came with potato and vegetable sides, all of which were cold or lukewarm when I got my plate. From what I heard from a few people around me, everyone else enjoyed what they got, but it wasn’t memorable food by any means- standard fare like crab cakes and steak. Boring. For dessert, quite a few people at the table ordered the chocolate pot du creme- which turned out to be a generous portion of thick, heavy CHOCOLATE GANACHE that was way too much to eat for a dessert portion. It might have been good if it was a smaller portion, or used to top a cake, but they served it in what looked like a small soup bowl. Ugh. During the course of our stay, everyone had at least 2-4 cocktails, an appetizer, main course, and dessert. You can do the math to roughtly figure out what the bill would be for 11 people before tax and tip. Keeping that in mind, not 10 minutes after we had finished our desserts, the manager came over and we were conspicuosly ASKED TO LEAVE because a party of 12 had just arrived. REALLY?! I looked around as we were walking out and noticed that more than half of the tables on the one side of the restaurant were EMPTY. The arriving party could have easily been seated in that area, and our party would have probably ordered at least a few more drinks per person!! The way I see it, they lost out on maybe an extra $100 or more for the bar – and future business – because of how we were innappropriately rushed out the door. The restaurant is OK for couples, but I wouldn’t consider going back with a group- if at all. I frankly haven’t been back there since this experience. It is a damn shame that we reccomended going there because I know it would have been a much better experience at the place we usually go to. The GM wouldn’t dare to kick paying customers out, especially a party of people, 10 minutes after they finished their dessert because they know how to plan reservations accordingly."
