"I was searching for an Indian restaurant in the Paramus area and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I had read good reviews on Google and Yelp, so I was excited to give it a try. When I visited on a weekday, they only had Ala-carte options as there was no buffet available. They offered lunch specials that were reasonably priced at around $15-20. However, the wait time for the food was quite long, approximately 30-40 minutes. Despite this, the wait was worth it as the food was delicious and plentiful. Each order came with rice, naan, dhal, and spinach, along with your choice of protein (such as chicken, vegetables, or goat). The naan was particularly well-made, with a perfect combination of softness and crispiness. The curries were exquisite, with generous portions of meat. The fish curry was also quite tasty. The restaurant had ample seating space, and I believe it is BYO. Parking can be a bit challenging, but there is a large lot across the road. The only downside was the customer service, which could be improved, and the long wait times for food. Overall, the food was excellent, and I would give it 4 stars."

I order takeout in large quantities from this restaurant often. They are one of the best Indian restaurants in the area, especially if you like spicy food like me. Their service is a bit slow, and sometimes it takes them quite a longer to make the food. But it's well worth it. I recommend this Indian place to everyone!Food: 5/5

Amazing comfy restaurant for dates or any occasion. Service is great, the waitress was careful and attentive. Owner is friendly and greets his customers. We had Samosas and Chicken Makhni with Cheese Nan. The taste was incredible. I have already recommended this place to all of my friends and family. Being a fan of lamb korma, I always make sure to try it at every Indian restaurant nearby. The korma at this place is definitely one of the best in terms of flavor and tenderness of the meat. The samosas were also a pleasant surprise - crispy, hot, and served with delicious accompaniments. Overall, this restaurant excels in decor, service, and the friendly ownership. I have been here twice and will definitely be back for more!

I was looking for a place to host my baby dedication lunch and I came across this restaurant and decided to call in and It was the best decision I ever made . I must say first off the owner Mr. Vinay is very professional, humble and have a great personality. His rates were affordable and within my budget . He even had staff that helped me out throughout my event. He set up everything.I highly recommend this place for small events.

My wife and I recently dined at this restaurant, and I have to say that it was the best Indian food I have tasted in the past 30 years! The soups were also exceptional. We have decided that this will be our new favorite spot for Indian cuisine. The dishes were served piping hot and were absolutely delicious. From the entrance to the inside decor and wonderful smile that approached us from a young lady that sat us right away, it was the perfect place! We had not had the food yet but knew we had found a gem!! There are not many delicious Indian restaurants in the area so we were eager to try the food. We hadn’t tried Rudra, even though it’s right in our own town, and we were craving Indian so we decided to try last night and it was fantastic. So happy that we no longer have to go all the way to Parsippany to get some authentic Indian. We ordered Samosa Chaat, which may have been the best I’ve had, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Korma, and Saag Paneer with garlic naan.
