"Great little shop. A friend recommended we walk over there for lunch. I asked what the best thing on the menu from the staff was, They recommended the huevos rancheros with a side of chorizo. I was not disappointed. They did ask if I wanted it spicy. I said yes, but apparently if I really wanted it spicy I had to explain not generic white guy spicy but real spicy!"

"I enjoyed a delightful meal that focused on high-quality ingredients, which were expertly prepared. The menu changes on a monthly or seasonal basis, and although I didn’t find the current offerings as impressive as those from my last visit, our server, Ryan, was exceptional. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. It's also wonderful to know that the profits from a night of fine dining support Hands on Hartford, a comprehensive food and training program for local residents."

"I come to Hartford once a month or so for work. I was really missing good Vietnamese food and was dead set on getting my usually bbh or pho. It took me 3 hours to decide and I’m so glad I found this place! 1) The service was amazing. The whole family was so kind and full of smile 2) I set on my bbh or pho. But when I saw they had bun rieu and bun dau mam tom. I HAD TO GET IT! I know a lot of people get pho. And there’s nothing wrong with it. I love pho. But my absolute favorite soup dish is bun rieu. It’s sweet, savory and delish. You have small things of each ingredient that enhances each other so well. It’s a mixed crab patty soup with tomatoes. I’m telling you! It’s so so good. The star is the show was the bun dau mam tom!!! It’s this robust shrimp paste dipping sauce (if you don’t like shrimp paste, you can substitute it for another dipping sauce. But this dish is THE SAUCE). It’s one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s like a fun lettuce wrap but so full of flavor. Chi Lee was so socked I ordered it because not a lot of people who aren’t Viet orders it. But I couldn’t resist! I will be dreaming of this dish until we meet again. Thank you VN Pho for the delish meal and being so kind. Also the mango bubble tea was yummy! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"The staff at Lucky Stars is friendly, with clearly marked vegan options that are well-priced and generously portioned. I would easily give them 5 stars if I could. Although our group included both vegan and non-vegan diners, our containers were not labeled, making it a bit challenging to figure out whose was whose. Despite this small inconvenience, I highly recommend Lucky Stars for a delicious dining experience."

"I wish I could rate this stupid restaurant -100 stars. I ordered general Tso with Shrimp fried rice NO ONIONS. When I called about the order they fucked up the chick on the phone had the NERVE TO TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE RICE!!! And I would have to wait 30-45 minutes to have it re-deliver when she was the one who fucked up my order, AND THEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH MY HUSBAND ABOUT WHAT HE FUCKING SAID WHEN PLACING THE ORDER. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!! AND IM DISPUTING THIS SHIT WITH MY BANK FOH"
