Samurai Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi

Went two nights in a row, 2nd night took kids. Loved it. Everyone was extremely friendly. Hibachi show was awesome. Food is very good and drinks are top notch. Definately would recommend.

Everything was exceptionally delicious, except for the Miso soup it was God awful. You probably shouldn't offer that, you ought to offer something else anything else instead of that. That's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars.

The waiters were great and the cooks were the best I saw in at least 20 years. We came with a party 24 at short notice and the service was perfect and the food was excellent. The best food and experience we had every 7 days in Pensacola View menu

Samurai is one of the BEST Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi Restaurants in the Emerald Coast and at affordable price . All food is fresh, staff is friendly well training, clean place, with an Indonesian Sushi Chef that is creative and knowledgeable. The owner of Samurai is always welcoming when she is there. We take our family and friends whom are visiting and always is being a great experience for all. 5??

We had a fair experience food was good. Waitress was nice, but did not understand much English. We ate in the front. The last time we ate in Hibachi area we were very disappointed. We were not able to sit comfortably were spread apart (family) but sat very close to each other. This time was my daughters birthday. They sent a boat (or fish) made out of Pineapple oranges. It was quite clever. I took pictures of some of the food, but was an after thought most of food was gone...

Well what can I say. My picky eating kids ages 15 and 16 said this was one of the best restaurants they have every been too. Our sushi and surf and turf was fantastic. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Our party of 9 had zero complaints. We are from Michigan and wish we had a place like this up north. Our hostess was very attentive and funny and outgoing. We ordered hibachi and sushi. The sushi was good but the inside of the tuna lover roll was overly dry. Hibachi however was not as good and closer to poor. Rice was plain fried rice. Vegetables were not cooked enough and close to raw. But the biggest issue was the cook on the meats. All steaks were ordered medium rare and came out closer to well done. But the biggest offended of the overcook was the scallops. They were insanely over done to the point the outsides were leathery. I would expect more from a hibachi place that is as expensive as here.

This restaurant was great...a slight five minute wait to be seated but was fully expect by the full parking lot...friendly knowledgeable staff made our dining ? experience even more enjoyable. The Gyuro soup I could have eaten it just as a meal but I had two Crazy Japanese sushi rolls along side which were superb. Ashley had a Avocado and Cucumber roll with chicken stir fry noodles which I kept stealing a bite or 2,3,4. I had a Coke but Ashley said the Purple Rain was great ? ? and yes it was i had a sip from each one of them... Will highly recommend this establishment for a great meal.

We were told to try the Slippery Mermaid across the street, and there was over an hour wait for the super tiny location. We spotted this across the street and decided to give it a try. You know how they always say things happen for a reason, well this was definitely one of those times! Our server was really nice and very patient with us while we decided exactly what we wanted. She even asked me if I wanted to try Yum Yum sauce on my fried rice telling me it would enhance my dining experience and it definitely did, I 'm now completely sold on it!
