The atmosphere at this restaurant is very clean and the bread is fresh. The sandwiches are delicious! The prices are slightly higher than average, but that seems to be the norm everywhere now.

I find it absurd that I am expected to leave a tip before receiving my food. What happens if I don't tip? I won't be returning to this restaurant unless they stop this practice. The subs at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! Every ingredient tasted fresh and the bread was top-notch. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and the prices are great. They offer takeout service for lunch and the average price per person is between $1-10. I highly recommend trying the pastrami and the subs. There is plenty of free parking available.

We were attracted to this restaurant on our drive to Canada and decided to make a stop on our return trip. The sign indicated that they are open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. However, we were disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed when we arrived today (Wednesday) at 3:30pm. As a result, we had to settle for lobster rolls in Bangor at double the price.

I have been meaning to stop by next time I'm in Calais. Made my way across the border from St Stephen NB, on my way to Florida and pulled in for a sandwich for my long drive. I made up my mind to try the lobster roll. What a great surprise, the best in the area. I'm fairly picky, I will come back for more.
